“Great value if you don't mind the short walk to the Metro.”

Pleasantly surprised with the quality and location of this hotel. It is about a 7 minute walk to the Argentine Metro station, giving you access to anywhere you need to go in Paris and surrounding areas. Save your money and stay in a hotel away from the core attractions, just as long as you are on the Metro line, you can go anywhere very quickly. Breakfast was quite good with decent selection of croissants, bread, juices, cereals and yogurt, etc. The standard room was clean and comfortable, updated decor, and had a very nice bathroom, but expect the size to be much less than a North American hotel room. It was nice to have an in-room safe as well. Service staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

“Great location for Porte Maillot”

Nice little hotel with friendly service, comfortable rooms and nice perks, a block from the metro, several good restaurants a few meters way. A real find!

“Paris in April”

The Hotel staff were welcoming. The rooms basic but clean and provided tea/ coffee making facilities. Very good position - near to the tube and Arc de Triomphe/good restaurants nearby. Breakfast very good choice - staff constantly topped up empty baskets etc. The air condition did not work at all, so opened window. The connection to the internet was non existent or very slow due to a technical fault but was fixed part way through our stay. Overall a comfortable budget hotel which was perfect for our first visit to Paris celebrating my recovery from cancer. Thanks!

“Great Value!”

The hotel is located in a great, quiet location close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants and also close to the 1 line of the Metro and the RER (C Line, I think). The breakfast was included and was very good. They throw in a lunch box consisting of a sandwich, chips, cut fruit and bottled water if you ask for it in the morning. The hotel and room were both spotlessly clean and the room appeared to have been recently renovated. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Free wi-fi was very useful. The walls of the hotel are a bit thin, so you may hear your neighbors sometimes, but it was a minor inconvenience for me. Overall, if you can get a good price, I'd say take it.

“Very good choise in Paris”

Hotel has a great location, room is confortable, although it is a little small. Breakfast is very good in terms of French pattern, but space is small for so many guests. Elevator is a problem: only one for the whole hotel. Staff is very friendly.

“Nice Hotel for Paris standards”

The location of the Hotel is very good and the the standard is OK for Paris. The rooms are small. But for a Paris Trip it is definitely adequate.

“Just for the Weekend”

Spent two excellent nights at the Ferdinand Paris. Great position for seeing the sites situated on Line 1 of the Metro.Easy to get to from the airport using Air France "Le Car" buses running every 15 minutes to Porte Maillot. Hotel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. You have to ask for the tea tray but they are happy to provide. Breakfast can be taken in the hotel but the cafe's near the Arch de Triomphe are better.

“Excellent location-very nice and clean hotel”

We where postively surprised when we arrived , excellent for a 3 star hotel. Very nicely decorated rooms, look like recently renovated or very well maintained. Strongly recommended if your plan to visit all Paris and come back to sleep in a nice place but do not require other hotel facilities.

“Honeymoon in Paris”

We spent the first days of our honeymoon in Paris in the Ferdinand Hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Great view to St Ferdinand Street. In general it was a good experience. Accessible to the metro station and several blocks from The Arch of Triumph.
