Really good experience! Clean all the time. My boyfriend and myself stayed for 6 days no issues. Near to any buss station and metro. Walked around the block really safe and a lot of food options. Offered breakfast really good and affordable. Definitely I will come back

Hall and room smelled bad, ac did not work well, wifi did not work at all, TV did not work, poor cell reception and no one to talk about this issues. They just give you access codes and that’s it. We will never come back.

We would like to assure you that we take these issues very seriously and are committed to resolving them immediately.As far as the air conditioning is concerned, we would like to inform you that during this still cold period in April, our heating system is generally activated. This is why the air-conditioning mode was not available in your room.As regards wifi, TV and cell phone reception, we will be carrying out thorough checks to identify and resolve any technical problems.We'd also like to point out that there's always someone on hand to take care of your needs. In fact, a receptionist is on duty overnight, from 7.30pm to 8am, and is available for any assistance you may require.Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority, and we're sorry if we didn't meet your expectations during your stay. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've booked in my life. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The room was so hot (no air conditioning) and we discovered in the middle of our stay that the room was infected with mold. We immediately contacted the emergency number and they changed us to another room, but the other room was no better (same problems, no fans in the bathroom and the bathroom stank so bad...). I couldn't even eat in the room without having my nose hidden. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And to top it all off, they have the worst customer service. There is no receptionist; you have to contact someone via WhatsApp and that person sometimes doesn't answer. I'm going to ask for a refund. We had no other choice but to stay there has they were no refund policy. I'm definitely seeing my doctor for molds as I started feeling sick during our stay...worst place ever..

The walls were thin, the bathroom had mold, and there was no shower curtain or door so when the shower was used the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures provided. The bathroom was not updated like the pictures showed.

Black Mold. The entire 2 weeks we were there we had to keep the windows open in the cold weather to keep from gagging on the smell of black mold. No use in complaining because what else were we to go? Also, the other hotel guests kept smoking and their smoke kept going up and into our room. Horrible experience.

10/10 Exceptional Stay
Great stay! Check-in without in-person reception is super easy if you’re tech-savvy. We stayed four nights and on the second day our room was cleaned and new towels were provided to us (we didn’t even ask!). Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also staff present at various times throughout the day. Close to metro so in a good location as well. Saw some other reviews about mold in the bathrooms but if you stay at any hotel in Europe you’ll find this is extremely common, bathrooms just don’t have vents. However; there was very little mold in our bathroom and it appears as though they regularly tend to the mold so that it does not spread. There was just a little patch on the ceiling (compared to our hotel in Rome which had mold all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom). Again, it’s common here but they appear to tend to it. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Clean location with metro station a few minutes away. Great restaurants and cool neighborhood. All staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, tv, toilet and shower work well with no problems. The only somewhat negative thing we encountered were the not so sound proofing walls. Not a big deal so we would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This Hotel was wonderful! It was right by the train station which makes it super easy to walk to. The staff were very friendly and (as an American who can only speak a little bit of spanish) speak English very well. There are so many options for food, with breakfast in the building, a restaurant right next door, and the MOST AMAZING KOREAN FOOD EVER!!! I highly suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Paris :).

Es un espacio muy acogedor y céntrico. Los empleados muy atentos y amables. Definitivamente consideraría volver a hospedarme en el lugar. Además cuenta con muchas opciones gastronómicas muy cerca del lugar. La transportación también es muy accesible a pasos de la propiedad.

Lovely hotel

Don't do it until you read the fine print
If you are OK with no concierge, desk help, cleaning service, or challenging entry, this is the place for you. Arrived and didn't get the code for opening the front door or the QR code for the room key. This made everything much more difficult. However, the room was fairly clean (no bedbugs) and I was finally able to talk to someone who could help us out with an issue. All in all, we made the best of Paris but it was like living in a hostel.

Room was late being ready due to cleaning. Room was not cleaned over our 2 night stay, no fresh towels, soap refill, toilet paper.

Good value for the money, clean, very functional and safe. Only flag is for travelers flying in early in the day (United States for me, landing at 7am), because the concept is to be mostly self assisted my room was assigned early one and could not be switched once I got there. I had to wait for that specific room to be freed and clean. Other hotel was switch room around which whichever room frees up earliest. I waited 4 hours to get to the room being rather jetlag. Not fun.

This property was in an awesome location, close to transit and a quiet area! The only downside to this property is that there were absolutely no shower curtains so when you showered the water ended up all over the floor in the bathroom which then had to be cleaned up. You can tell this is an ongoing issue because the wood surrounding the shower is all rotten and falling apart. Other than that great place and quite clean!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. Walls are quite thin, so there was quite a bit of noise from surrounding rooms.

The building was pretty far from tourist spots. The facilities such as towels, coffee, water, etc. were not fully provided. The photos shown on the website were different from what I saw. There was no ventilation in the washroom and it has a weird smell

Sleepy hotel down a Paris backstreet next to a lovely little park. Good transport links and a variety of local restaurants.

As there is no person at the front desk, it was very difficult to get into the building, and I was not the only traveller to have this experience. Also, if you need anything again, there was nobody there most of the time so you were left to your own devices. There was no TV there was barely any room around the bed and the leg to the side table broke off when I put my bottled water on it. Did not find out until my last day of stay how to turn the air conditioning on. No complimentary, tea or coffee either. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good for price
Had an excellent 4 night stay. The room was slightly smaller than expected but very cozy. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom was modern and sleek. A few things that could have had some work done such as a cracked tile and a loose leg on the bed side table. But for the price we were very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Black mold issue, besides that nice stay.
Good location, extremely friendly staff, rooms as advertised. However there was black mold all over the bathroom everywhere and we got sick because of it. This really needs to be addressed.
