“Great Location, simple and clean hotel”
This hotel was placed just a 5 minute walk away from champs elysee in a nice location. The service was good, and while the facilities are basic, they are clean and well kept. When I go back to Paris I will definitely go back here as the hotel offers good value for money, which can be hard to find in Paris!
“Just as advertised”
Had been to the hotel before. Nothing fancy, just a good honest place to stay. Very convenient for the centre of Paris although the local area couldd be quiet for some. Rooms are a little worn now but nothing too much trouble for the staff. Would go back again as it is just what we need for short breaks near the centre.

Great hotel. Only thing that was a little annoying was that it was quite noisy in the mornings as the walls we're quite thin.

For its class, it is a very good hotel. Terrific location. Champes Elysees is a short walk away, less than 6 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little warmer. Other than that, we would still visit the same hotel.
“Good hotel in Paris”
Although getting to the hotel was a little bit difficult, the location is nearby many touristic places making it easy to get there by walking. The room was clean and silent, perfect for a good night sleep. People in the front desk were nice and willing to help and give directions, and the neighborhood was nice and safe to walk by even at night. Recommended!
“Not qute 3-star, but good location.”
We stayed here about 10 years ago, and came back out of nostalgia. However, having stayed in some other 3-star and 4-star hotels in the meantime, I do not think this is a 3-star hotel. Chipped paint work on the windows, dirty walls, lights not working, ceiling tiles barely hanging on, and some fixtures and fittings barely attached to the walls. Not great. The air-con wasn't working in our room, and we were moved to another room without any fuss, so well done to the staff. The run-down state of the place gives the impression that the owners don't care about the hotel and are letting it run to seed. What is in its favour is the excellent location near the Champs Elysee and Metro.
“Great Hotel, Bad Location”
Hotel was great, staff was great but the location is a hike. Reviewing the map prior to booking. It is a bit of a walk to get to the tourists attractions. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it. Hotel has a "green" power policy so the hallways are pitch black.
“Good location, poor condition.”
The location is perfect, but the room (at least the one I was in) needed a lot of work. It is poorly maintained. Until they repaint the room and re-attach some of the fixtures, I would not recommend this hotel, pricey for the quality you get.
