I had booked a double bedroom with balcony, but I got there, first the reception person looked like he was shocked to see me. Then he went on to tell me that his boss had left the hotel with a message for me, that they didn’t have a double room with the balcony, they just had a regular room. I was left with no choice but to take the room. I get to the room, the room was hot like a furnace, and when I asked about the air conditioner not working, I was told that they are aware that the air conditioner is not working in the room, but still went ahead and put me in this room. I had to keep my door open, because I felt like was going to die in there. The receptionist said to me, just call Expedia and tell them about your experience here. The place has potential, but customer service is junk, and nothing works.
