“Rooms are too small but location is great”

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in April 2011. The room was very small; however, very quiet and clean. It included all the necessary amenities for a decent stay. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but nearby there plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants, and even a big grocery store. There is also a street market full of fresh fruits, vegetables, sea food, etc. and along the way there are some wine and cheese stores, bakeries and pastry shops. The best thing of this hotel is the location. It is very close by two metro stops (Rome and Villiers) It is also very close by Park Monceau and the Arch de Triumph (20 to 25 min. walking distance.) Remember, this hotel is all about location!

“Assez déçu...”

Hôtel 3 Etoiles ??? ... Ah bon ?! Assez déçu sur le standing de l'hôtel pour un 3 étoiles. Problème de chadière lors du week end : nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit en plein de mois de janvier à Paris... Accueil récpetion+personnel pas tip top...

“Hotel Du Theatre "Don't book this hotel".”

I have stayed in better motels at a third of the price. The hotel is dirty and hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in years. The general condition is appauling to say the least. There are zero amenities in the hotel and forget about breakfast. If you want to just lay down your head do yourself a favor and pay even more money somewhere else!

“This hotel needs to be avoided”

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. Rooms are not airconditioned. They are very small and uncomfortable. Not enough room for hanging your cloths. You practically live off your suitcase. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in my whole life. This is at most a one star hotel and should advertise.
