“Charming”

We found Hotel de le Paix charming in every aspect. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is not as tourist oriented as others. We walked to most of the tourist destinations, though the metro is right there if you prefer.

“Montparnasse's Lil Gem”

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, great location away from the more heavily trafficked areas, but easily accessible to anything you want with a Metro stop a block away (Metro 4 line) . My friend and I stayed here and had the twin single room which was very clean and cutely decorated and was of a pretty good size compared to past experiences. Small-ish bathroom, but it had everything we needed. Close-by Jardin de Luxemborg made it a natural stopping place on walks into the city. Very good small cafes on side streets around the hotel (stay away from the big bistros nearby because they're over-priced.) There is a fabulous Fondue place a block away, Les Fondus, and an evening spent there is a great way to relax and unwind after a day of walking.

“Very good.”

We have been to Paris many times and always dreaded returning to our hotel rooms at the end of the day, always felt clausterphobic. This is a great hotel for its price, very personable staff, nicely furnished rooms with muted colors and of course a working AC. My daughter and I loved it, can't wait to come back with my husband.

“Excellent Choice”

This is a great little hotel in a well-connected section of Paris. The service was great, the lobby inviting, and the room clean. The room was tiny, but that's fairly common in European hotels. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

“very good place to stay”

Very good place to stay in Paris: in very quit and safe neiborhood, close to metro and RER (same line that go to Efel tower, Notre Dame i more), next block is Montparnasse, Internet, very clean, good service. Room it is smaller that in US, but reasonable and have everything what you can need. Persons in hotel very friendly and helpful. We absolutly will stay next time here.

“Nice Hotel”

We stayed there for 4 nights. The room was small but nice and clean. It's right near a metro station and it's about a 30 minute walk to a lot of the major attractions in Paris.

“Hôtel de la Paix-Montparnasse à Paris”

Hôtel de charme situé dans un quartier calme de Paris tout en étant proche de la gare Montparnasse, de la place Denfert Rochereau et du quartier vivant de la Gaîté. Cet hôtel est desservi par la station de métro Raspail qui permet de circuler dans paris du sud au nord et vers l'Est ou l'Ouest. Chambre assez spacieuse pour un hôtel parisien avec une décoration agréable et une bonne literie. Salle de bain petite, mais fonctionnelle. Mon seul bémol est le prix un peu élevé du petit déjeuner. Je ne peux toutefois pas juger de sa qualité, car je ne l'ai pas pris à l'hôtel. Personnel bilingue et sympathique.
