“very friendly and helpful staff”

we stayed for three nights found the accomodation very nice, rooms were standard, i didn't have too high of expectations, very close to gare du nord, even on the busy main road traffic didn't seem to be a problem when sleeping. the staff were very friendly and helpful. can't complain for the price. didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel, but there are several eating places nearby. would stay again in future.

“Perfect Location for Visiting Paris”

The location of this hotel is excellent for sight seeing, close to the main rail and bus stations and the best metro line for tourist spots and with plenty of local cafes and bars. It may be only two star and fairly basic but is clean and warm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again

“Location, location, location.”

It's not the Ritz, however it is clean, tidy and extremely close to both Gar du Nord and Gar du l'est. Free wi-fi and lots of choice for dinner near by. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Initaly it appears to be over priced for what it is, however it is all about location, location, location. As an over night stop over between the two train stations I would highly recommend it.

“hotel a hole!!”

its a hole!! hasn;t been decorated since the 50's. Supposed to be wheelchair accessable but isnt. 2 steps to get in with no hand rail & 5 steps to the lift!!
