“We loved this hotel!”

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We picked it for its history and loved the character of the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Even though the hotel is very old, they have done a great job of keeping it updated and clean.

“May 2012”

If it weren't for it's great location, I would have not been very happy considering the price. The staff were not friendly, did not make themselves readily available for the simplest of requests, such as tea delivery to room. Also, not tea making facilities, no minibar/fridge. Poor upkeep of room, bath tub falling apart, strange layout of toilette. Overall, had hoped for more for the price..
