“Fabulous Hotel & Location”
The Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff/concierge immediately responded to ANY request or question that we had. The rooms were very nice and the location couldn't be better. We have stayed in many fine hotels and I don't think the service at Hotel Balzac could be matched!
“Great hotel at the top of the Champs Elysees”
Perfectly situated at the top of the Champs Elysees, a couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and a little less from the George V Metro stop. Pricey, but very comfortable and good service. The bathroom in our room, with its "wet room" style shower, was a bit odd - water went everywhere, and the faucet fixture on the sink was not securely in place and took a bit of coaxing to work. Otherwise, convenient to everything, good neighborhood, and overall tremendous experience.
“Excellent First Visit to Paris Hotel - Friendly, upscale and great location”
The Hotel Balzac was everything we hoped it would be. The staff was exremely helpful and courteous - they even provided an early check in of 10:00 AM. The lobby and rooms were beatutiful with no bait and switch pictures. Rooms are not overly large, but they are certainly big enough and the bathrooms are spacious. (We had a queen size bed). Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but there are plenty of nearby options.
“Hotel Balzac”
The staff is friendly and helpful. They can handle anything in English which is great since I speak absolutely no French. The room was clean, very quiet and there was always plenty of hot water.
“WHAT A NICE PLACE TO STAY”
The Hotel Balzac is a fantastic hotel great veiw of Iffel tower plenty of shops and places to eat and drink within 100 yards of the hotel
“Hotel Balzac was great!”
Very friendly staff who would go out of their way to keep you satisfied. Clean rooms and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The only downside is you are right by one of the most crowded areas in Paris but you can avoid the crowds by going through the side streets.
“Beatiful and elegant Hotel in the heart of Paris”
The Hotel room was absolutely beautiful and it feels like your in your own palace. The service was excellent and everyone spoke English. You are two seconds away from the Arche de Triumph and accessible to all Metros. The concierge was extremely helpful and also provided us with wonderful restaurants. We loved the decor of the room as well as the elegant marble bathroom with a bidet built into the toilet.
“Very nice hotel”
Loved the hotel and its location. Only one problem - the room was very very hot and there didn't seem to be a way of reducing the heating.
“Have already recommended it to people to stay”
Lovely hotel in a very handy location for all of the main sights of Paris.
“Great hotel - no corners cut - really friendly and helpful staff - definitely returning!”
