“Great”
Location is amazing, short walk to Trocadero. There is a metro station across the street. Plenty of cafes around and the area is really nice. Staff was really helpful and very friendly, and everyone spoke English. The room was great. I would go back any time. Awesome!
“"One of the finest hotels we have stayed at in Europe." Period”
We are extremely pleased with our selection of this unique Paris hotel. The staff from the bellman to the chambermaids were very nice and professional. The front desk staff was friendly, kind and eager to please. The hotel is in wonderful shape both in appearance and functionality. Our flight got in around 8 in the morning, we got to the hotel around 1030am & we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. We checked in around 3pm and recieved the room that we had requested - corner with 2 balconies. We could see the top of the Tour de Eiffel and the Arc de Triumph from the balconies. The junior suite was as large as most we have stayed at in the United States, with seperate shower area, toilet and dressing area off the side of the master bedroom. We could not have been more pleased with our room. The restaurant and bar were a nice compliment to the hotel and we enjoyed both very much. Turn down service each night was a welcome sight as we came in late most every night. We enjoyed the fact that the Boissiere metro station was one block down from the hotel and made travel in the city very easy and accessable. In all we are very pleased we stayed at the Hotel Baltimore, we will come back here to stay every time time we come back to Paris as will my friends and business associates. Thanks again
“Great hotel, would stay again”
Our reservation was for a "classic" room, which is the cheapest room. Thankfully, we arrived early and received a free upgrade to a "deluxe" room. The deluxe room is small by American standards, but certainly perfectly adequate. The "classic" rooms that we were able to see were extremely small by comparison. The staff members were very polite and most spoke excellent English. The location was fantastic: near many attractions, but not right in the center of tourist traffic. Being half a block from a Metro stop certainly adds to the appeal.
“This is the place to stay.”
The room was quiet and pristine and fit our needs. English was spoken by all. The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions . The hotel is located across from the Metro and in walking distance to the Champs-Elyssees. The elegant bath area was filled with the very finest shampoos and soaps. The sink was white marble from the last century and the faucets were very modern. Clean glasses and coffee cups were at our disposal. Chocolates and beautiful teas in silk bags were left every night. We didn't bring our laptop; so ,the concierge gave us access to one that is used for business . Our room looked down on a quiet street and both windows would swing open if we liked : red geraniums grew outside in a window box. The bed would be turned down by an evening chamber maid who turned our lights on. The doorknobs were European and fit in with the soft aqua room. The full length drapes were handmade and lined to block out the sunlight at dawn. A hair drier was supplied and worked very fast. White towels were thick and abundant. Thick terry cloth bathrobes are supplied. The outlet does accept electric shavers only. We were in control of our own air conditioning. It was always very comfortable . I loved getting up in the morning and going down the street for a cafe au lait and a croissant.
“Nice hotel”
It was so nice. Everything was comfortable. Especially, room was so comfortable and all people are very kind. The location was very convenient for sightseeing of paris. The only limitation was hotel size. Anyway, I want to recommend this hotel for many travelers in paris. Good luck. and enjoy this hotel as much as you can. Best,
“Paris Best Hotel”
Room was small, and had no view as it overlooked the courtyard and hvac units. Room was super! They dont have wash cloths in Europe, so bring you own. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, great staff who all spoke english. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. Located super close to two different Metro stops, one block form the Eiffel Tower, tons of cafes and restaurants. Fabulous!
“ideal location”
The Hotel Baltimore is the perfect location...walking distance to both the Eifel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe (Champs de Elysees). The staff was very helpful. Although check-in is at 2pm, we were given a room as soon as we arrived at 1100, and an upgraded room at that! The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was a little small (especially for anyone over 5'7"). There are many restaurants nearby, and some are very affordable for a quick snack/meal (e.g. sandwiches, pizza). There is also a great bakery on the far corner. The closest Metro station is right across the street, but remember to take the M6 line. The hotel restaurant does not do dinner service on the weekends, and the breakfast is pretty expensive. The rooms DO have air conditioning, but it's definitely not what we're used to in the States. However, the room was still very comfortable after a long, HOT day in Paris (winter months might be better for more comfort). There is a small refrigerator in the room (no working freezer) and CLOSET space, definitely not the norm for European rooms. There was a cell phone available for use in the room (not sure about the cost). Flat screen TV with CNN for anyone who has to get their fix of news.
“Highly Recommend”
We can highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and updated. Everyone spoke English and helped us navigate our way around Paris. There were several local restaurants within walking distance which served us well after a long day of sightseeing. Just blocks from the Trocadero, we were able to talk a walk and see the Eiffel Tower lite up at night. One metro stop was across from the hotel and another a few blocks away.
“Excellent Service, Best Location, Would definately return due to central location.”
Greated with helpful staff that all speaked English. Location was excellent. Walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Champs Eleysees. Metro station was directly across the street. Caught Metro to Sacre' Coeur and walked to the Moulin Rouge. The Louve and the Musee d' Orsay are Many cafe's, bistro's, and maket's near by.
“I only can say "perfection"”
The hotel is perfect, beatyfull, clean
