“Valeur sûre”

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, belle situation proche des théâtres. Rénovation récente. Accueil chaleureux. Ma chambre était spacieuse, bien agencée et calme. En outre, ayant bénéficié d'un tarif "internet" sur la chambre, le petit déjeuner a - lui aussi - fait l'objet d'une offre promotionnelle. A recommander sans hésitation.

“a working weekend in Paris”

After arriving in Paris on a late flight from England 8pm+ the hotel staff could not be more helpful and checking in was only about 5 mins in total they then explaining what time breakfast was and also where the nearest restaurants and Metro stations were. The room was on the 5th floor and though it was compact it had all the ammeneties you would expect and plenty of power points for electrical gadgets you needed to keep you working. The Hotel staff could not be more helpful and were prepared to help as much as they could and spoke excellent English

“Good value”

I was hesitant to book this hotel initially because of the low rate, but after finding good reviews on other sites I decided to go ahead. The hotel is decent, and the staff is quite pleasant and hospitable. The neighborhood is unremarkable, but it's centrally located and an easy walk to plenty of worthwhile attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. It's also right by the St. Georges Metro stop on line 12. It would be nice if the hotel had Internet, but I had an upper room facing the street and was able to mooch some WiFi from the neighbors. Otherwise, there are Internet cafés close by.

“Good hotel-good price.”

The room was fairly large by European standards. It was very clean and the room was cleaned each day and there were fresh towels each day. The front still has the old name- Modial European, which may be confusing. It was not 5 blocks from the St. Georges Metro station- it was literally 75 paces. The staff at the desk all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful.

“Friendly Staff, Good Location, Nice Rooms”

Lovely little hotel located literally across the street from a Metro station (a big plus for travelers unfamiliar with the city) and within walking distance of several others, plus the popular Montmarte district. Travelers who love to walk places will find common tourist spots a longer stroll away, but certainly possible. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous, helpful and multilingual, and the hotel offers a reasonably priced continental breakfast. They will also help you charter a ride to any of the airports in town, though beware, you'll pay them a "booking fee" on top of your ride fee- which we didn't learn until after agreeing but was only 10 or so euros.

“Great base camp for sightseeing around Paris”

First, it's important to note that the room sizes are small - do not expect North American-sized rooms or bathrooms. If you're looking for space and luxury, the Antin St. Georges is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, well-kept place to sleep, shower and get a good breakfast to start a day of sightseeing, this hotel is a good choice. The breakfasts served by the hotel are filling and well-priced and the room prices are good for the location. The hotel is half a block away from the St. Georges metro station, which is a 10-15 minute ride from Place de la Concorde in downtown Paris and about 15-20 mins from Gare du Nord train station. St. Lazare train station is only 2 stops away. If you're up for it, the Sacre Coeur is about a 25-minute walk, although you should be prepared for solid uphill walking (in addition to the stair climbing at Sacre Coeur should you choose to go up to the dome). We would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre et surtout de la literie. Le personnel est sympathique. La localisation est pratique. Le seul bémol concerne l'ascenseur qui était en panne; avec 5 étages, il vaut mieux de pas avoir oublié quelque chose dans la chambre.

Petite Chambre sur cours, dernier étage, très calme, accueil chaleureux et professionnel, hotel propre ainsi que les chambres, pdj complet.

“we had a great time”

Our quadruple room was perfectly adequate, and was a decent price. The hotel was a half a block from the metro station, which proved very convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which did turn out to be ten euro per person above the price of the room, so check that out first. We liked it, and would stay again.
