Very nice 6 night stay!
Great little hotel in a lively part of Paris: close to the "Grands Boulevards", right near lots of bakeries, and other food shops. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room which was well and simply decorated and furnished. The breakfast buffet was great with alot of variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely homely little place. Very clean and staff very friendly. Only little issue we had was the room was a bit small and shower wasn’t great but overall great place to stay.

I liked Pettit Lafayette but i do not consider it a 4 star hotel. Service was excellent, they were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, rooms small and well decorated, elevator tiny. I did not like the area around very much.

Great Hotel, good location, the room was a little petite for our taste, but still a good hotel. We like that the breakfast was included in the price. Clean and good bed.

The property is in a very centric area of Paris—lots of good cafes, bakeries, and restaurants around. The Cadet Metro station is located a block away from the property. Cozy, small typical Parisian apartments. All the staff is very friendly. Jean, the gentleman at the front desk during the night shifts was very attentive with the whole family. And he even delivered a delicious petit déjeuner to our room. Recommended!

We really liked our room - the balcony and view below, the comfortable bed, having a coffee maker in the room, the shower with 2 modes, the extra space. Also, the complementary breakfast was very good - fresh, hot, and with service like a restaurant.

The hotel is in need of a refresh and a good deep clean. It’s in quite a noisy area so expect to be woken early. Location wasn’t bad, had to walk far or take metro for major attractions. On the plus side the girl on reception was lovely and helpful.

Stayed 8 nights and this hotel was centrally located to everything. Very walkable to many nearby attractions and shopping. The staff was hands down the best in class! the hotel is tiny so I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly surprised! we booked the junior suite with a balcony for 3 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. clean rooms too and nice bathrroom. The balcony is a bit small not really something you can sit on, another downside is that toilet and bathroom are separate and are on opposite sides of each other. the sink should have been kept in the toilet, as you can't really use the toilet if someone is in the shower as you can't wash your hands! great location 10 min walk to Gu du nord train station there is also a metro station 4 mins walk from the hotel. close to everything also

The hotel is 15 min walking or 1 station with the underground from main train station. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is the same everyday but enough to get your day started. The breakfast room was somewhat crowded but you can have your breakfast in your room if you prefer. Many good restaurants and metro station close by.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to the Louvre museum, Moulin Rouge, opera and Montmartre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Area is very safe. I will certainly come back.

From your first reservation, we have advised you that you booked different room categories on different dates, and that we were not able to change the rooms, as the hotel was fully booked. We also made different proposals, by e-mail, and upon checkin that you declined all the time. You were perfectly aware of the fact that you will have to change rooms before your arrival, and we also discussed this upon arrival. We have putted a lot of efforts on making it easy for you before arrival, but you did not even respond to us, except to tell us that we had to do the necessary, without paying for change. In these conditions, we cannot say more that we completely disagree to your comment, and that it is quite disrespectful for the team. Cordially

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Great location and super friendly staff. However we found the rooms are noisy, and you can hear the subway running even you are in the higher floor.

I liked the modern facilities and look of the hotel. It is quiet at night and well located. The staff (Asst Manager Hugo) in particular is excellent and was very helpful with other bookings I had to make.

This is a very cute, well maintained hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. We had a room with a balcony and were able to enjoy the it while eating breakfast or drinking coffee. The location of the hotel is great as there are tons of restaurants around (Poni was our favorite). It is also close to all of the monuments you would like to see when in Paris. We for sure would love to stay in this hotel again. Side note, we were staying for my birthday in this hotel and a the time of the arrival to the room they had left balloons and a birthday card, such a nice small gesture.

Great stay and lovely staff. Breakfast was really nice. Room was huge! Bed was big and very comfortable. Black out curtains were fab. Rain shower was a nice touch.

I like the fact that its close to public transport, easy access to taxis etc. Receptionist was very friendly and polite. I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned even after i have requested for more than 4 times for it to be cleaned. Finally it was cleaned after 16.30pm, the room maid was rude and careless, she was talking on the phone in her dialect and was very loud. She did not replenish the coffee because was distracted with her conversation. I asked her to change the sheets and she responded that sheets are change only after 3 nights. So this was terrible. There were no sleepers, no toothpaste as mentioned , the toiletteries were not what was advertised on expédié, . I believe a 4* junior suite should look like one with but this one just looked like a normalstandard room

I liked my stay at this hotel. The room was fairly small but it was clean and had the basic things I needed for my stay. It had a cute little Juliette balcony also. The staff were nice and accommodating. It was nice 15-20 min walk from the museums and probably a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower but it was also easy to get an uber from here. No restaurant in the hotel. There was a mini cafe where you can get snacks and wine but there were other options of food places within a 10 min walk. I came in August 2019 so many places were closed because Europeans go on vacation in August. But I still found many places to go to. I found better deals on the hotel and my flight in August from California to Paris since it was off season.
