The hotel is clean, the bed and the pillows are super comfortable. It’s a good place overall. However, this hotel makes you feel like it’s a massive money pit. They will try to milk you out of every single dollar you have for any service. First of all, it’s not cheap at all. A 1 night stay there will cost you 100€ and while the room is clean and comfortable it’s also very basic. Want a water bottle? That’ll be over 5€. A 250ml bottle of juice? Over 5€ as well. Same for a small bottle of coke : 5.50€ Very basic breakfast buffet. You could barely call it a buffet, 18€. Even after pre-paying your stay they’ll hit you with some 8€ per night per person tax. 8€!? This is about triple or quadruble any city tax ive ever paid, anywhere in the world and ive traveled to a lot of places. I seriously doubt none of those 8€ is going to them. Shuttle service to the airport is 8€ per person. Using a taxi was cheaper both coming from and going to the airport. This just shows how completely disconnected from reasonable pricing the managers/owners of this hotel are. 90%+ of hotels will be very laid back with late checkouts and only give you a call after 30min+ past checkout time only asking you to hurry up. This place will call you after 5 minutes telling you that you will have to pay an extra for the late checkout. This place honestly just feels like it’s all over your pockets trying to get your cash in any way possible. Way too expensive for what you get.

It was the perfect location. We were on our honeymoon and they were amazing. They had macaroons in our room and a bottle of wine. It was lovely.

The hotel is clean, cozy and quiet and the beds were wonderful. It was very easy to get to from the airport on the bus. The only downside is that there is nothing near the hotel in the way of restaurants or grocery stores. Also if staying on a weekend, the whole town is closed. The hotel restaurant didn't have a ton of options, wasn't always open and the prices were high. The internet connection was not secure and the wifi signal was really poor throughout the hotel, making it quite useless at the best of times, since you were constantly kicked off the system then had to log back in. With the price you pay for this hotel room the internet should have been better and since there are limited food options in the area a microwave either in a common area or in the room would be a nice bonus.

Awesome Hotel!
This hotel is decorated boutique style. Every corner of the hotel reflects a different theme that makes it interesting to explore... musical, poetry, happiness, floral, feathers,American, European, tropical, the fifties, sixties, ...you name it! Very eclectic style all around and definitely unboring to say the least. Amenities are great. Food and drinks are for purchase are available for purchase in the lobby for travelers late arrival that can be heated on the spot in a microwave right to the receptionists. I had a delicious pumpkin soup prepared by the hotel chef. Awesome breakfast buffet with plenty food and drinks available to eat and drink at a reasonable cost. Staff from breakfast attendants to receptionists present well are very customer-oriented and will go out of their way to provide top-notch assistance! Many thanks for making my many stays at AIDEN Hotels so pleasant :) i highly recommend this hotel for any lenght of stay. Much appreciation!

This hotel is very nice and clean. The decoration is bohemian style and fun. Hotel staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Great amenities, offered (coffee machine, water kettle, hair dryer, clothes steamer and a small safe) included in room. Awesome breakfast buffet and they even have a small selection of drink and food to reheat in a microwave right next to reception for sale right next to the reception desk! I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin soup with bread late at night. Parking is available. A hotel shuttle is available to and from the airport at request. I highly recommend this hotel for any lenght of stay! Very happy customer.

I was able to be in my room within minutes of arrival. The check-in was flawless. I asked about shuttle service what time time was the 1st service since my flight was an early morning 9:00 am the staff mentioned 6:08 am. Room was clean, bed was 1st class extra comfortable, amenities coffee machine. I was greeted by the receptionist Ana in the morning who indicated shuttle would be arriving soon. Ana helped me out with checking out wished me a safe trip back home. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease my stay went at Aiden Best Western. Professional, courteous, helpful, pleasant staff. Aiden Best Western - France you have my admiration, and business.

Pleasantly pleased!
Pleasantly surprised at the quaint and fun decor and cleanliness. Had trouble with the room’s lighting and they resolved it quickly. We walked to a neighborhood restaurant- Le Bistrot de Paris. Very nice and a great food. Felt very local, not what you usually eat when staying at a large hotel chain. All and all- 3 rooms,6 of us were pleased.

The hotel had very cute theme rooms and lobby The service was good except for in the restaurant We went to have dinner one night and the server was not very friendly nor attentive as we were not paid attention to after our meal was served. The food was sub par considering the reviews we had read. My steak was full of fat, overcooked, thin and grizzly and my friends chicken was rubbery. Not once were we asked how the meal was so I made sure to tell the server that it was not edible. We had to flag her down to ask for the bill which she finally got to us and took 20% off for the meal, I told her I wanted more and she charged me $5 for the vegetables that I ate. Such a disappointment after reading all the good reviews.

Super comfortable beds. A bakery, convenience store and pharmacy within a short walk along with restaurants. It’s a cute little friendly town. Price was right.

This is a hidden gem!!! We wanted to stay close to the airport and ina place that was not out of site $$$$$. So we picked this property and was surprisingly impressed. Definitely worth the money and I would stay there again no questions!!!

Beautifully decorated property and within walking distance of an interesting older area, with nice restaurants. And a shuttle bus to take us back to the airport in the morning.

It was cozy place. The rooms were very cleaned. The breakfast and dinner dishes were good and not too expensive. The staff was attentive and nice. Not close from public transportation.

I booked a room at the hotel last minute as I needed a location close to the airport. There were several to choose from but chose Aiden because of it's price point. I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, the hotel was exceptional. The lobby was spacious, clean and well decorated, the staff was helpful and efficient, my dinner was tasty and well-presented, and my room was clean, comfortable and well equipt. The shower had good pressure, and there was complimentary coffee and water in the room. I ordered a shuttle to the airport night before and it was punctual. I'd stay there again and highly recommend.

Convenient, safe, charming, clean, remodeled bedroom & bath, nice coffee , tea & water in room. Sorry I left too early for breakfast & they had no more complimentary rides to airport. Taxi was 30euro!

The uniqueness of the décor and photos throughout the hotel was wonderful. The room and beds very comfortable, the entire premises very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
