“Practical and Clean”

Hotel reception staff were pleasant and were comfortable speaking english. We had no issues on booking into the hotel using our booking reference number. We tavelled as a group of 5 and stayed for a night. The rooms were comfortable for two and adequate in size for three. Both rooms were clean, no smell of smoke, the showers worked well-plenty of hot water and good supply -and the beds comfortable. We had no issue with noise given the size of the hotel and the location. Separately, the hotel is serviced by a complentary bus service -not necessarily owned by the hotel - to and from the airport that runs about every 20 minutes. You need to load and unload bags onto and off the bus which in most cases would not be an issue. However, for the elderly and those with young children this maybe an issue. The bus service operates to other airport hotels so there is a bit of manouvering on and off the bus. The trip takes about 15 -20 minutes. I would use the hotel again.

“Very nice hotel but not that accessible”

Coming from the train station, it is not easy to find a way to the Holiday Inn hotel. We waited for 1/2h at the Courtesy Hotel Shuttle place before calling the hotel to find out that shuttles only starts at CDG Airport Terminal 3 while the train station ends at Terminal 2.

“Roissy's Best”

Holiday Inn in Roissy is extremely convenient for spending your last night before returning to the U.S.A. Just behing the hotel is a wonderful park with panels retracing the history of the town. Don't miss the Saturday morning market where you can buy all kinds of things to satisfy your taste buds ! The shuttle is an added bonus to take you back to the airport. We returned our rented car the day before the flight and didn't feel rushed at the last minute.

“Clean and comfortable”

The dining room staff very friendly and food was good. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well laid out... Room was quiet and checkout was efficient. ..good place to stay with free shuttle to the airport.. The rate for room was very good .

“Holiday Inn Paris - CDG”

Very nice hotel, conveniently located near the freeway. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was the most comfortable we had slept in after being in Europe for 6 weeks. Would gladly return to this hotel and it would be well worth taking the bus or subway into Paris as opposed to staying in the city.

Hotel was excellent, but although the address was CDG I didn't have time to wait for their free shuttle (either way) and the taxi fare was just under €16 each way

“Decent hotel at a reasonable cost”

We stayed the evening before returning to the United States. They advertise a shuttle but it is actually a shuttle bus that services a number of hotels, It would have been helpful if we knew in advance to take the Black shuttle.

we had an unexpected stay at CDG and this hotel had the best price, which included breakfast. Pleasant stay, very helpful staff.
