hotel tres bien décoré, chambres somptueuses,salle de bain un peu petite ,ai eu la chance d'être surclassé en suite,lounge de l'étage executif excellent ,qualité du personnel

“Luxury Break”

We were very impressed with the Hilton Arc De Triomphe Paris. The lobby was beautifully decorated in art deco style and the reception staff were all very welcoming. We were travelling with our 2 teenage children and they found us interconnecting rooms. As soon as we walked through the doors we could tell we were going to have a good stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and were kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could want - from freshly squeezed orange juice to pancakes with maple syrup, smoked salmon, freshly baked patisserie and a full hot selection. The only downside for us was that the wi-fi was very expensive, so we didn't use it, but found lots of free wi-fi spots around Paris.

Concierge services were not up to par. It would be nice to provide access to laundry machines to guests- Mariott does that.

The hotel was plush and the staff were very helpful. Perfect location to the Arc de Triomphe - literally down the road! The concierge had a host of knowledge. We would definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful place.

“Great service”

This hotel is 5-6 blocks from the Arc de Triumph and about that far from the metro station, which is good although more of the things you want to see are closer to the river and require a subway ride and change of train or two. So that is the shortcoming of this hotel. However, the room was large, nicely decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The hotel restaurant was fine, nothing special really. The service from the staff was quite helpful however - they made calls for us to secure guided tours, had a shuttle service to and from the French Open tennis tournament than ran all day and into the evening, and helped us with reservations and transportation back to the airport. We had an issue with our sink at midnight and a repairman was there to fix it in less than 5 minutes and fixed it in 3.

a little of the beaten path which makes it quiet. had a suite that was very nice and comfortable. rooms a bit smaller which is common in Europe but the extra room in the suite made up for it. staff very friendly and helpful.

Whilst a little bit off the "beaten track" - as in walking distance-wise - which we were aware of when we booked this hotel - a very friendly and comfortable stay in a double double guest room for a family of 4 with two teenage children. Excellent room service and accommodating staff. Would recommend to anyone - although bar and restaurant very expensive - as is Paris in general. Handy for the Metro.

Great Hotel, staff very helpful with information about getting around where to visit/eat. Arrived very early in time for breakfast which was extensive and included in bill. Late at night Staff let me into the gym which was when I could get the time. Would definitely go again.
