“40th Birthday Weekend”
We couldn't have chosen a better hotel to spend my 40th Birthday - without the children. Small - yes, but extremely comfortable. Well cared for, very helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts, can't wait to come back.
“Would stay there again. Great Location.”
Great little hotel. Great location. Close to metro and taxis. Eiffel Tower is just a few blocks away. We walked they several times. Try the Segway Tour from Fat Tires. Great Experience. Nice bathrooms. The service was great from all people working at this hotel. We purchased the 4 day museum pass. Didn't have to wait in line. We did not do the breakfast plan. Phone calls were only .24 cents a minutes in the room.
“Will definitely try to stay at this hotel again”
I was VERY pleased with the hotel overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was VERY clean and neat. I would definitely consider this hotel again since it is very close to the Metro, situated in a great neighborhood (on the corner of Rue Cler) between the Eiffel Tower and the major museums. All feasibly walkable and Metro accessible. You must be prepared to expect small rooms in Europe (vs. the U.S.), and this hotel is no exception. If have this expectation, you will not be disappointed with this cozy and charming hotel.
“Warm Parisian Hospitality”
Hotel de la Motte Picquet made a fabulous first impression on me when I visited Paris. The staff couldn't have been more gracious and friendly, greeting me with a scrumptious pastry, smiles, and a room that was magically ready several hours before check-in. The room was understandably small, like most Parisian hotel rooms, but clean and cheerful. When I bought flowers from the market, they thoughtfully swapped out my "water bottle" vase for a glass vase when they cleaned my room. I couldn't help but be charmed! Say hi to "Mo" for me.
“Great hotel -- would absolutely go again”
We really enjoyed the hotel -- the staff was very friendly and helpful, English was not a problem when our French faultered, breakfast was nice. Room was clean -- small, but not unusually so... Location was very good, bus and subway very close, easy walk to Tour Eiffel. Great hotel for those looking to avoid the big chain hotels...

Great hotel, walking distance from the train station and only a couple blocks from the beach/promenade and the main square. We would definitely stay with them again.
“Wonderful little hotel!”
This hotel was adorable. I had two teenagers with me and the Jr. Suite allowed me to have my own space with my own TV. The reception was warm and helpful with all my needs. Room service was excellent with happy faces and wonderful smiles. The hotel is in a wonderful location. I plan on going back to this wonderful little hotel.
“B&B in a great location”
We love the location of this hotel! We could walk to Rue Cler right around the corner to the many cafes, bakeries and shops or enjoy the lit-up Eiffel Tower at night within walking distance. The hotel mattress could be firmer, but overall this is a great value for such a quaint Bed & Breadkfast-type hotel. Hotel staff was always professional and helpful. Service was great!

“Great central location”
Don't expect huge rooms or even a huge bed in this hotel, but it's clean, cute, affordable (for Paris) and a 5 minute stroll to the park in front of the Tower. Also, 30secs away from a Metro stop and one minute away from good restaurants and a few sleepy cocktail bars.
