Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Hotel room smelt weird and was dirty. All night people were smoking cigarettes and my room smelt Of smoke. The wifi didn't even work I had to sit on the floor on my laptop by the door to even be connected. Will never stay here again even if it was free.

However, we are sorry to learn that other customers were smoking next to you. It is almost impossible to know when a client smokes in his room when he opens his window for example. If you had reported this incident to us, necessary measures would have been taken. Similarly for the Wifi connection, we have 6 hours of connection sessions, at the end of which you need to reconnect. We are sorry that in your case, the connection was not optimal. We stay here many times when Visiting the family . C’est notre Hôtel préféré . Is a very cosy and clean hotel We feel home as in Canada Very clean and very friendly staff Easy transportation by the 27 Bus and very close to the Place d’Italy 2 Shopping Center , next to the Metro Station Thank you to all staff

Hotel is clean, shower is very small, but the towels is too old and small, they need to replace it that it will make a big difference also change carpet all way down and furnitures placement in main hall looks not good as they need to work on that seriously. The hotel is in main busy road but I did sleep well because it’s double glasses, very calm. The area so very busy, shops, bars, restaurants, and facilities transport. I did enjoy my holidays, I will be back again because it’s a great place to spend time.

Pleasant ambience, quiet and with plenty of options of restaurants around. The only thing that could be better is the internet, which turned out being a little bit of a inconvenience at some point.

Very convenient for me as I needed to stay near to my workplace. Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. All pretty good with a few exceptions: Bathroom a bit too small but maybe better in a different room. No ironing board available Forgot to clean my room nice (but it happens…) Breakfast very average.

Loved it
Amazing stay at The Green Hotel! Very comfortable and quiet, walkable to everything, metro close too. Huge room with spa bath. Cafes, patisseries and restaurants all around.

Oasis in 13th Arr.
Wonderful- oasis in the 13th arr. Also great breakfast - attentive friendly staff. Great premise - all around enjoyed the stay there and felt very comfortable.

Long weekend away
Staff were lovely. The room was lovely - beds were very comfortable, the room was peaceful and the air con was a dream (we visited in a heatwave).Lots of great local places to grab a bite/drink, metro is very close and the locals were very friendly. Only downside was that we felt the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was there. All in all though, we had a lovely stay and would stay again. Apologies, as we forgot to tip the cleaners before we checked out!!

Didn't get the type of room booked. No apologies or any level of customer service actually. No drink facilities in room. Kettle base, no kettle. Not told about breakfast times, arrived at 9am, along with many other guest, to face no food, cups or glasses. Not sure any one even spoke to us the entire stay.

Clean hotel in a reasonable location close to the River Seine. Helpful staff and good air conditioning which was essentially during the heatwave! Only downside was that parking was not available as advertised so had to park elsewhere

One week stay for business. Hotel was fine, although sometimes limited with English. 5 min from Olympiades Metro station, plenty of nearby food and shops.

Like the hotel and its location and will stay there again although the room we stayed in was smallish especially the bathroom. Main problem was that we had booked on-site car parking (this was vital for us and we wouldn't have booked anywhere without it), however, when we arrived we were told our car (a Range Rover Evoque), was too big and we had to park a couple of streets away. In fairness it was very convenient but would have been nice to have known before booking.

Nice, small room
Nice, small room but OK, some seem bigger than others (I stayed twice). breakfast is good, and good location close to the metro and in a lively neighborhood. for a short stay it's good, book online though as it is cheaper than what is advertised on the wall. it's not a romantic hotel

very nicely appointed hotel
very nicely appointed hotel within a short 6 minute walk from the Olympides Metro Station. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very nice bathroom with jetted tub. Wonderful choices for breakfast!

Quiet 13eme hotel
I have no major complaints about either the location, staff friendliness, cleanliness, or anything. I would point out that this hotel mainly caters for French business people who stay 1-2 nights, making it quite quiet. As a consequence though, fewer of the staff (and particularly the night and cleaning staff) speak good English here than would do so at a hotel more favored by tourists. Although not a problem for me, others may wish to bare this in mind if unconfident in their French language skills.

Chambre petite mais confortable. bonne insonorisation pour les bruits de la rue. mais la porte de service qui claque 17 fois le matin à l'heure du ménage c'est assez fatigant. Toutefois nuit calme, cadre chaleureux. Accueil à toute heure.
