“Highly recommend!”

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Francais as our first stop on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. They all spoke English and were great at suggesting places to visit, restaurants, and modes of transportation. The only category where I did not give the hotel 5 stars was location. It is not located near the major sight seeing areas in Paris but it is still in a really nice neighborhood with very friendly people. There is also a subway stop right near the hotel so we were able to still get around Paris quite easily.

“Great Paris Hotel in 11th Arrondissement”

This hotel is great if you are looking to stay somewhere away from all the tourists. It was a perfect location for us as it was about a 20 minute metro ride to some of the key spots in Paris. Very close to a main metro line. The staff were super friendly and our room was always clean. I have slept in more comfortable beds and the room was a little small, but it was what I expected prior to arrival. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was very happy with my stay at Grand Hotel Francais. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel staff is also very friendly. The hotel is located very close to two metro stations so getting around Paris was easy. I will definitely stay at Grand Hotel Francais when I visit Paris in the future.

“An above average 3* hotel in a convenient location”

The Grand Hotel Francais is situated in a great spot for exploring Paris, with 2 metro stations being within minutes' walk. The rooms have been recently modernised and are high spec, well decoreated, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking good English. Our only complaint with the hotel is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - very surprising.

“Lovely example of excellent customer services.”

We arrived early in the day from CDG after 24hrs of flying from Australia, and although we couldn't check in to a room we were offered breakfast and a chance to refresh before we had a few hours exploration on the first day. It was a lovely gesture and was the start of an excellent stay at the hotel, our room was standard size for a Parisian hotel but the gents on reception are outstanding in their assistance. On a rainy day we were leaving to the Eiffel Tower and were offered an umbrella, the offer of breakfast on our first day to help refresh from a long trip and even on checkout a final check to make sure our train wasn't impacted by an impending strike all added up to a wonderful stay. The room was clean, tidy and modern. Sound proofing was excellent (we were right next to the elevator and didn't once hear it), the hotel is very close to Nation RER station and Metro which is excellent for getting around (RER lines are faster as they stop less frequently). All in all a lovely stay and very enjoyable and as with any sucessful company its down to the high quality of staff.

“Greatess Vacation Ever!”

My wife and I stayed for four days in Paris and this great hotel. What makes it great is the extreme customers service orientation of the owner/operator Monsieur Li Hocine. We had a slight problem with our room and he bent over backwards to take care of us. His advice on restaurants and shopping was dead on. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood about a block away from a Metro hub. So on a map it may seem slightly away from the big attractions but with a Metro pass, the city is withing walking distance. Paris is expensive but this hotel is great value. We had a great time. Here is an example of his customer care. Getting out of Paris to CDG is not very convenient. He arranged a private driver for us in Mercedes at half the cost I found online. When we did not know our terminal, the driver phoned the owner and he looked it up online and told the driver. So even after we checked out, he still was taking good care of us. Great customer service.

“Perfect hotel in Paris”

Amazing hotel in Paris. Friendly, great location to the metro, out of the way of the tourists. Staff was accommodating, room was extrealy well taken care of. Would stay there again in a second.

“Lovely Parisenne Hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and presentation of this hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful advising us on using the Metro and with airport transfers. It was central enough. We used the statn Nation to get us to Notre Dame and most other places. The were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a small grocery across the road so you could by a Patisserie and have a hot drink to get you going if in a hurry.

Great hotel at a great value. The staff was welcoming and warm and encouraged us to speak in French, but had no issues with conversing with us in either English or French. Nice, modern and clean rooms which are standard european size. Great bathroom with lots of hot water. Very close to multiple stations and felt safe walking around the neighborhood late at night. A great location to visit Paris more as a local, away from the hoards of tourists. Would absolutely stay again.
