“Definately going back”

Everything about our 2 bed apartment (rm601) was just right.Top floor, with balconey, nice and quiet, clean. Great location on the Champs. The only problem we encountered was when we were waiting to check in one of the receptionists "sold" our room to the woman in front then tried to tell us they were overbooked. A quick translation and reminder that not all English only speak 1 language coupled with the fact I booked back in August, put them back on the right path.

hotel staff very friendly, spoke back in english, helpful. made the stay a pleasure, would recommend the hotel, would go back again.

although AIR France lost our luggage the Hotel staff was very supportive and helpfuk delivering the missing bags to our room. The breakfast & lunch room was a pleasure and the food was delicious. The elevators were small however this is an old building. Other than that I was very happy with the atmosphere, decor and services.

A 4 star hotel which is deservedly so. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was outstanding. Rooms were excellent. Hotel slightly expensive however for a short break, I would definitely stay at hotel again.

We had one bedroom apartment and was very large on two levels as we where on top floor so bedroom and bathroom were on the upper level. if stairs a problem request lower level as you have 16 stairs going round to go up and down to bedroom or bathroom. Staff could not do enought for you. Would recommend it and would stay again.

“Fantastic, well worth the money”

It was fantastic. I ended up paying a little more than I intended but it was well worth it. Large well appointed rooms, beautiful hotel in an incredible location right in the heart of Champs Elysees. I found no fault with the hotel or the staff, courteous, good English etc. I would return there without hesitation.

“my best ever destination”

since 12 years i never changed this hotel for more than a 100 visits to paris whether for biz or holiday.......i tried some other hotels but never found my same satisfaction as this hotel.........what i want from paris.....in the mid champseleysees......extreemly comfort....very clean....very friendly.....a full kitchenette.....all for me is 100% well done.honestly speaking it is z best choice for me in paris.

“Loved it!”

THe room was very clean, not too small. The kitchen was well stocked with items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was that the air-conditioning was not the best...but that is Paris in April. We opened the windows at night and that took care of the problem. Would go back in a heartbeat.

“Fantastic serviced apartments in Paris”

We stayed for 5 nights at the Claridge Suites on the Champs Elysees with our 2 year old daughter. We arrived in Paris after 2 weeks travelling around France, staying in various hotels and the arrival at such a clean, large apartment was fantastic. It was great to have a clean (albeit smallish) kitchenette and a large one bedroom apartment which was ideal for our toddler and for us to relax in a great location. I'd recommend the Claridge Suites to anyone looking for a larger, clean, serviced apartment in Paris in a central location. Very happy with the experience. My only slightly negative point would be the smell of cigarette smoke which we could smell in the bedroom but we determined that it must have been coming through the heating vent and hey, it is Paris so such is life. Overall though, very quiet (although we weren't on street side where it may be different), safe, clean, large and comfortable.
