“Practical for a Family”

I stay in Fraser Suites in many countries and would rate this one about average to my previous experiences. It is a very practical solution when traveling with a family. The one big positive is that the beds are VERY comfortable and when traveling with a family, there is a nice gathering area. The second positive feature for a family is that while there is only one bathroom in a two bedroom, the actual toilet is in a separate room then the shower. It is very convenient to the metro and about a 10 minute ride to the Champs Elysee. There is a grocery store near by.

“Acceptable, but not impressive!”

The hotel was great for what I was using it for. I had to work in the La Defense area...one metro stop away, and my family could get into downtown very easy on the metro. The metro station was literally maybe 200 meters from the front door of Fraser Suites. It is great for its size, but do not expect the high standards of cleanliness compared to a hilton, hyatt, or even days inn with respect to chains in the US. It was comfortable and plenty of room for us...would easily accomodate six in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff was not very friendly at all....well most of them. A couple were okay and helpful, but the rest were very rude. If you can put up with that, then this is an acceptable place to stay and much cheaper than a hotel that would accomodate that many. I could not find a hotel that had two double beds in a room.

This hotel is not far from all the sites. It is a nice hotel, accomodated five adults with no problem. On site parking was a huge plus, also had a decent hotel right on the premises with good food at a good prices. Everything was clean and nice. All in all I would reccomend this hotel to others.

“Rooms Not Clean!!!!!”

Rooms were dirty... specially the bathroom and even after complaining the next day, after the cleaning service the bathroom was still dirty with hairs all over the place from previous guests. Bed were not confortable. Location was good and close to subway station.

“Space and Comfort at Reasonable Price in Paris”

I travel frequently for business to Paris, but was going with family of 4 this time and we wanted a place to stay with more space than a traditional hotel. The Fraser Suites has the space of an appartment, but the amenities of medium-to-high end hotel. We would stay again. We also lost an item in a hotel Taxi and the Fraser Suites staff was very helpful in locating the taxi and recovering the item for us. Service beyond what many expect in Paris.

“Close to train station”

Hotel is close to train station, less than 4 minutes walk. If you have big piece luggage, you have to struggle through the stairs to the train station. My complaint on the hotel is check in time 4 pm is a bit late. Hotel provides room to store luggage. But still inconvenience to travellers. Not many restaurants to choose for lunch and dinner around the hotel.

“Spacious room”

Convenient location just on the other side of the Seine - steps from the Metro Station - La Defense Esplanade stop. This was a three room apartment. Only complaint was the cost for internet which is like 13 Euro a day. Breakfast at the hotel is also pricey, but grocery store nearby and you can save money and pick up your own groceries.
