“First time”

Good size rooms. Watch your head if you stay in a room with a sloped ceiling! Nice breakfast included in the rate. Nice location. Close to shopping.

“Terrific Family experience”

We had a wonderful time at Paris Disney. The Dream Castle hotel was very comfortable and was convenient to all attractions. Our two young children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and the playground outside. There is also a nice bar for a relaxing drink at the end of the day.

“Great Hotel for comfort”

Will gladly go back to this hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and very comfortable room, restaurant food could be better but most people eat at Disney village. Hope to return next year

“Dream Castle - Dream Stay”

from arriving late in the evening, the staff were extremely helpful, even taking our room service order remotely so that we didnt miss out as it was the last stop in town still serving food... Concierge the following morning was extremely helpful,and the staff in general were extremely polite. will stay again

“Bad start got much better”

We booked a flight that linked at Amsterdam. Our in flight was late so we missed the connection. Next day arriveal at hotel - rooms re-booked. They assumed we were not coming. We left our bags and went off the the 'park' and when we returned the very helpful staff had sorted us two upgrade rooms. Staff were very good english speakers and very helpful. The hotel breakfast was excellent, the rooms warm and clean, showers excellent. Pool was nice, and quiet, but the hot tub was a very basic type. Would definitely use this hotel again.

“excellent hotel - now been twice”

the only downside of this hotel is that the food menu in the bar is quite short and there is very little for children.

“Excellent Hotel for Kids”

A very nice clean hotel for families with kids. A few small rides in the foyer are a nice touch. The staff were great with the kids. The rooms excellent, our two loved the bunkbeds. Shuttles all the time to Disneyland so very little waiting.

The hotel was fantastic. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were clean and tidy and i felt very comfortable during my stay. Overall i think the quality and service of the hotel was great and I would definitly stay at this hotel again. In addition the free shuttle bus to the park and the train station made it very convenient to get around, and was a reliable service.

“Highly recommended for families”

Hotel was everything we expected and more. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The beds were very cozy. The bunk beds for the kids were great. We had a beautiful view of the gardens and lake from our bedroom window. We never ate in the restaurant or used the pool/fitness area because we were always out in Paris or at Disney. The hotel shuttle to the RER train station to Paris and Disney was dependable and free. Family friendly!

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff and lovely facilities. The resteraunt is top class for breakfast and evening meals.
