“Wonderful hotel!”
Absolutely gorgeous with modern comfortable rooms, and a very nice staff. Easy access to the Metro and lots of places by foot.
“The best hotel I have ever stayed in”
We went to the hotel as the first part of our honeymoon trip,it was beyond our expectations,the staff was so helpfull and nice(All of them),they speak english very well.and they did extra effort to help us with the diretions everytime.The room is very nice and new,and every room is inspired by a part of paris which makes your trip more exciting,the food is very good..the best thing about this hotel is the location,its 3 min from 2 metro stations,and the neiborhood is full of bars,restaurants and all kinds of shops.the hotel was so good that we came back again in the end of the trip to try moulin rouge room. Tip:moulin rouge show is a must(make reservations a while before,and its 5 min walk from the hotel)

“Bijou comfort”
Delightful hotel with small but really comfortable rooms. Very quiet aircon and superb double glazing made for a very peaceful room; comfortable bed and excellent pillows meant a great night'd sleep. The bathroom was well equipped with jacuzzi and "rainfall" shower, and the sauna and steam room were most welcome after a day's sight seeing. 2 Metro stations within easy walking distance and useful bus routes very close by. The excellent service from friendly english-speaking staff made this a great place to stay.
“nice boutique hotel in the middle of the city”
The room was a bit small but very nice, clean, well-furnished, and modern. It has double windows and was completely sound-proofed and inspite of the fact that we were on the second floor, with a hotel on a busy street, there was no noise. Bathroom is really nice, with one of those large showerheads and jacuzzi. Wireless was free. The hotel is in the city (in the theatre district) and was a block away from the metro station, and from there you could get to any of the sights very easily. The Paris metro is very easy to use. We purchased a 3-day pass and just hopped on and off to explore the city. There are lots of brasseries and bistros around, with good food. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
“Great boutique hotel in Paris”
We were very satisfied with this hotel. It is within walking distance of many good restaurants and cafes, and close to the metro for traveling further afield. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke english when it was obvious our french was poor! They helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was small, but extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was small but compact and worked beautifully. Breakfast was extremely good. A great experience overall.
“Very Impressive”
We were particularly impressed with this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We were shown round the hotel on a arrival and our bags followed us up after we'd been shown the features of our room. Room was compact, however the bathroom had a Jacuzzi which we made use of every day. Was a little cold and windy in November, and with the amount of walking we did, was nice to come back and relax before heading back out for something to eat & drink. The Jacuzzi was a really nice touch and the 'mood' lighting in the room and bathroom really worked well (my wife likes that kind of thing!!). The main room could've been a little more spacious, but seems this is normal for Paris. We had breakfast each morning in the hotel and the Croissants and Pain Au Chocolat were absolutely beautiful. However, breakfast was expensive, so it might be worth trying to find somewhere close-by to get the same for a fraction of the price. Sacre-Coeur was about 15 minutes from the hotel. Amazing cathedral. There are several Metro stations nearby, but make sure you check where you're going as they are on different lines.
“outstanding staff just, wanting to please and assist you”
located near Pigalle and gare du Nord, new and modern hotel, themed rooms, nicely decorated, good size, small closet but great shower with rain forest from the top and nozlles from the side. fitness room, hamman and sauna open 24/7. Very nice buffet, French cheese, Salmon and eggs ( all sorts) plus the usual croissant. Staff is extremely pleasant, willing to help, bi or tri-lingual, very unlike to reputation the French had years ago
“A boutique hotel that is clean, quiet, comfortable, and worth the rate.”
We were nervous about the hotels in Paris. We were told some nightmare experiences about room size, noise, and comfort. This hotel was way beyond our expectations and definitely is recommended. It is also close to some great restaraunts. Walking distance to Montmarte and Moulin Rouge. 2 blocks to subway access. Get the week metro pass, definitely worth the price. Standard rooms are not large but very comfortable. Each room has a 40" LCD but only the news is in English. Most programming is in French. Bring DVD's if you want in room entertainment in English. Excellent experience. Will go back.
“Fantastic staff!!”
From the moment of check in I was impressed with service of the hotel. A small boutique hotel in the opera area, secret de paris design boutique hotel had everything I needed for a first time visit on my own. The staff were more than helpful with maps, directions, recomendations and bookings. I was able to book Moulin Rouge show, eiffel tower fast track ticket and they sent me to FNAC ( Paris store) to book Louvre ticket which was much easier than queueing up on the day. They recommended the bus rather than the metro to get around and I was hugely impressed with bus system, buses every 5- 10 mins, stops close by to all major attractions AND you get to see Paris rather than the underground!! The hotel was within walking distance to Montemarte, Moulin Rouge, Opera Garnier, Lafayette Department stores and all other attractions were only a bus ride away. I think I walked the whole of Paris while I was there... a great way of seeing it and 'getting to know' the beautiful city. I very much appreciated the spa bath after my long days walking to relax. I was also impressed with Room service, try the duck fois gras and veal terrine! I found Paris to be all I dreamed and more. The French people were very welcoming and friendly. I will definately return! Thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for making my memories of Paris last a lifetime!!
