“Great hotel - no wifi in rooms”

Pros: Very nice hotel with great location close to Paris Metro Cons: No wifi in rooms (despite information online indicating they did) which was a major issue for me. While they do have ethernet connections in the room and they also have wifi in the lobby, they charge a very high cost to use it. They charge internet accessibility by the hour or you could get 24 hrs for a flat rate. Again, very expensive so if you are traveling and need access to the internet, you should consider this if booking at this hotel.

“Not impressed not an Intercontinental quality”

Hotels in Paris in general have small rooms that is OK. But for the premium price which you pay this isn't the value of money for such a small room. Was staying on the top floor (4th) which is below the roof, there was hardly a window to see outside. I thought I was staying at a very clean but cheap hotel.

Easily accessible to sights and entertainment. Great service. Beds a bit lumpy and bathroom may need updating... But not a bad choice.

The hotel was in a good location you will fined resturants and stors all around and the metro is right next to you taxi stop right in front of the hotel the room was nice the woekers where nice and helpful i defanetly recommend the hotel

“Not impressed”

The area is crowded with homeless people. The park right across the hotel is use to served food to the homeless people around 6:00 pm. The surroundings are very depressing and not safe. The hotel is over rated for what it is and the location where is at. It should be rated a 2 star not a 4 star hotel.

“I would have liked to be closer to the historic sites”

the hotel was excellant, metro was right out front, but it would have been more convenient to be in a hotel closer to the sites we wanted to visit.

Great area, close to Metro, staff very good and helpful.

“Nice area and good location for the Metro”

This hotel was in a good location, right on the Repulique Metro stop. This station is a good hub to get around the city. There is a MonoP grocery, a bakery right behind, and several nice Cafe's nearby as well. It is right on the Republique square area. The room was not spectacular, but roomy for Europe and clean. The beds were more along the lines of futons and the toilet was in a tiny closet separate from the sink and shower. The windows opened wide just like you would expect in a romantic Paris brochure so you can take in the sights and sounds of the square in the evening.

“Good hotel with a great price”

The reception and concierge were very helpful. Though the concierge was not present one evening when we needed help, the reception helped us print out a map to our desired restaurant. The location is great, a minute walk to a metro station and about 5-20min ride on the metro to most attractions. The restaurant was a little disappointing, but there are many cafes and restaurants next to the hotel.
