“A wonderful hotel!”

This hotel is off the Rue Cadet in a courtyard that is closed off from the street by a garage door, so it is extremely quiet. The decor was modern and minimalist, but very clean. Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in June 2010. We took the Roissy bus from CDG airport which let us out at the Opera. We then walked about 8-10 blocks up Rue de Lafayette to Rue Cadet. Plenty of places to eat along the way. The lobby is small with one person at the desk. During our stay, we met three different front desk folks, all of whom spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and had a queen bed and two twins for the kids. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and towel warmer. The kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, utensils. There were about 3 supermarkets nearby, not to mention bakeries and specialty food stores right on Rue Cadet. We bought breakfast supplies and the makings for sandwiches which we had for dinner. Lunch we ate out (wonderful restaurant was the Durer, named after the artist, in Montmartre). The Cadet subway stop is at the end of the street on Rue de Lafayette. The Gare du Nord train station is also nearby. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and I really love it! Staff is wonderful! Very convenient location close to Metro station (3 minutes walk), close to restaurants, grocery shopping places and cafes.

“Comfortable Gem”

We enjoyed staying at Cosy's -- loved Rue Cadet with its small shops, boulangerie, fromagerie and it was right on the Metro. The manager, N'Rose, was gracious and gave us extensive directions and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Our only complaint was that the "queen" bed was actually two single bed mattresses pushed together, but they didn't stay together, so each night one of us ended up in the crack.

“Studio Apt in Paris!”

We loved this hotel! It was a studio apt, which gave us so much more room than a standard European closet hotel room. The neighborhood was great with lots of local market shops for cheese. meat, bread, etc. We were 1 block from the metro and had short connections to all the major sites. Additionally, the staff was very freindly and quite helpful. We plan to stay here on our next trip to Paris :)

“Can't wait to go back!”

From the time we checked into Cosy's until we checked out the travel experience at Cosy's was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were so helpful, polite, and would go out of there way for us. The location, rooms, staff were all great. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience we had at Cosy's.

“Why go anywhere else?”

This hotel was a real Expedia find-- great location, reasonable price, large enough for family of 4 (teen kids). Half-block to closest of several metro stops, lively and charming street (though situated far enough back to avoid noise). I hope not too many people read this so that I can still get a room at a good rate when I return!

“It's all in the name!”

Cosy's Residence Cadet is extremely ... well, cozy! The rooms are spacious, modern, and homey, the area is cute and quiet, and I can't say enough great things about everyone we encountered at the front desk. Overall, a great stay.

“Best room ever in Paris”

Receptionist advised that the room allocated to us was not in a satisfactory condition so we were up-graded to an apartment, free of charge. Have stayed in Paris several times before but I think that every previous hotel could have fitted into this apartment. Extremely comfortable and very spacious. WE were sorry that we aere only there for the one night on this occasion

“Notre appart à Paris”

hôtel résidence très commode avec une très bonne situation, j'ai bcp apprécié la kitchenette qui nous a rendu de très bons services. le personnel d'accueil est très serviable. je recommande cette résidence surtout à des couples avec des enfants. si vous choisissez cet hôtel pour une petite virée à deux demandez à ce que votre chambre soit au dernier étage " le 5ème" car s'il y a des enfants au dessus de vous, vous risquez d'être dérangé par le bruit.
