“Clean and great value”

The hotel is very close to the metro and easy to find. We found the staff very helpful and polite, and the hotel and the room spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied with the hotel for the price we paid. My only very small gripe is that the room is very small, although a double, with hardly any floor space at all to put your bags. However, you are not in Paris to spend all day in your room, and this hotel is otherwise highly recommended.

“Exceptional service from English-speaking receptionist”

Our airline lost our baggage on our honeymoon. The English-speaking receptionist literally spent hours helping us locate our bags by talking on the phone with our airline. She also provided detailed directions on where we can buy clothes and food. With her help, we recovered our baggage in 1 day. I thank my lucky stars that she was there because our honeymoon could have turned into a nightmare. The other staff are also nice and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Good Hotel, Great Price”

The rooms in this hotel are small, but no smaller than in all other European hotels. If you're looking for two queen beds and a chair to sit in, you'll have to get a much more expensive hotel. That said, this hotel was a great value for the price. It is one or two blocks from the Lamark Coulaincourt Metro Station, so it's easy to get from the hotel to central Paris for sightseeing. The desk staff was extremely helpful, and even held our bags for us for about 12 hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee without our backpacks until it was time to catch our train. All in all we'd stay there again without reservations.

“Would definitely consider staying here again”

Although there is not much happening right around the hotel, you are conveniently located no more than 5 minutes from one of the main metro lines. Rooms at the hotel are quite small and simple, but it is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is also a cute little pastry shop located on the corner (5 steps from the hotel) where you can grab something for breakfast in the morning. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it was very inexpensive. After all, we didn't spend much time at the hotel with it being our first time in Paris.

“cheap and in montmartre - a good combo”

This hotel is in a great location in Paris (and NOT on a main road) with several shops nearby and a lovely boulangerie on the corner for breakkie. The rooms and beds are quite small, but if your purpose is to explore Paris then it's a good base. My partner has stayed here on a separate occasion also, and had no complaints. I would recommend asking for a room that faces the courtyard though. Only a few minute walk to the nearest Metro, and if you're catching the Eurostar, it's in a handy position to get to Gare du Nord.

“Good for not demanding”

It's a hotel suitable for not demanding people who just need a place to take a shower and stay overnight. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff speaks English which is quite rare in Paris. The location is good, quiet district within 5 minutes walk from the metro station.
