The room we stayed in felt really dark as there wasn’t much lighting. That said it was a very beautiful room and the staff were lovely and very helpful when we ran into a problem. Only other issue was there was some slight staining on the bathtub but it didn’t affect us

Staff was very nice. Room and facility was clean. Healthy breakfast choice was provided daily. Special hello to Nerizia who greeted guests with a warm/genuine smile😊 I’m glad I made this hotel choice out of many and won’t mind staying again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great location with the metro a few minutes walk away. Bars/restaurants local. We stayed for 3 nights and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are outstanding however there was a constant smell or oder of sewage in the hotel. Location is great but the interior looks like a fading beauty who has seen better days

When check in she did not tell us anything about hotel and amenities like she did with other guest . House keeping does half job, bathroom door can’t open all the way because it’s that small. No rag to wash up , room temp completely cold , room super small

We can understand this cosiness did not suit you if you are used to travel to big hotels. Happyculture and Maison Nabis are committed to reduce our carbon footprint and we follow our Governement recommendations to reduce our energy consumption. Well kept property with attentive staff! The last of our three nights our room seemed to be a bit too cold for our taste, and there didn’t seem to be any control of the AC, to turn it off or lower it. Other than this issue, we had an excellent stay!

Overall the hotel was beautiful and I would have been happy but I paid extra to have a balcony room and at check in was given a basic room as the hotel was fully booked and didn't have any balcony's left. This was me and my sisters last day of our trip and all we wanted was to enjoy some drinks on a balcony. I would not have booked here if I knew I wouldn't get one, and was extremly upset as I had already paid and it was around 7:30pm when we checked in so couldn't have gone to another hotel.

Very friendly stuff ! Ok area not far away from Louvre by feet. A bit expensive compared to other travel destinations (Spain, Italy etc) but all the hotels in Paris are expensive this period of time.

Reserved two rooms which we’re supposed to be the same and one was smaller the other one, there was a puddle of water between bathroom and room which couldn’t be fixed the same day because according to the lady at the reception the manager was not available, then the problem was fixed apparently but the carpet was wet and the room was smelling very moldy the air conditioner wasn’t working properly in the same room. Breakfast was ok, the bathroom edges were dirty. My family and I were very disappointed with the facility it doesn’t worth the money.

Good location, in very safe area, ( next to a Police Station!- however they are also very quiet!) Nice quirky hotel with character and ‘Very French’ in decor. Reception staff always very helpful, good breakfast choice. Many good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Good location, helpful staff, lots of character, Unless you want to be pined against the bathroom wall only turn the shower on a little bit! - also the hot water gets hot vet quickly , not a criticism but handy to know!

Fabulous stay. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and spoke good English, which was appreciated as we speak little French. We chose room with small balcony but nice to have outside space. Also bonus of small fridge in the room big enough to keep wine, milk and beer.

At first I was disappointed. The pictures on line were so much better than reality. But!! The staff made up for everything. To a person they were all kind, super helpful and very competent. Also, the breakfast was a real value….great croissants!

Great stay at the Maison Nabis. Staff in particular were first class and were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy although the heating didn't seem to work. Plus there is no hotel bar! But aside from that, really great stay and would definitely return.

Overall good
Polite and efficient tstaff, nice hotel, great location. However let down by a terrible smell of drains in the room when running the tap or shower. Maybe not the fault of the hotel, but probably wouldn’t rebook unless it was sorted.

Lived up to expectations & looks like the photos!
Wonderful hotel! The staff where so lovely and it is extremely well placed in terms of transport links and eateries as well a short walk from Montmartre (Moulin Rouge and Sacre Ceour) that has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well presented, is quiet during the evening and lived up to expectations. Highly recommended and would stay again!

I liked everything about this property including the room and common areas motif. The only negative is the fact that there wasn’t a microwave to heat up the otherwise delicious breakfast. Cold eggs!

Staff very friendly and helpful, room comfortable but TV not working. Ideal location to explore Paris. Would stay again.
