Citadines La Défense Paris offers 234 air-conditioned accommodations with iPod docking stations and welcome amenities. Balconies open to city, courtyard, or garden views. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. Beds feature signature bedding. Flat-panel televisions come with satellite channels and complimentary TV Internet access. Accommodations at this 3-star property have kitchenettes with refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Rooms have detached private bathrooms. Bathrooms include bathtubs, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

“Hard to find hotel”
This hotel was very difficult to find with a car as the signs are hidden from street view and you have to find the correct street to turn down to get to the hotel (which you can't drive up the street it is on). Probably a little easier to find if you are without a car. Parking was convenient and affordable (15 euro per night). Once we found the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful with directions and information. This is a business area, so don't plan on eating around here on the weekend. Good place to get out of the busy part of Paris for the evening.
“Great location, but you get what you pay for”
We chose this hotel because we wanted a kitchen and some extra space with two small kids. In that regard it was perfect - rooms were clean, big enough, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, all of which seemed new. The reception staff was very nice. The drawbacks are that the building exterior is rather prison-like, and the immediate environment - it's tucked away in a rather ugly area of the neighborhood, sandwiched between high-rise apartment complexes. However, a mere 200 meters away is the beginning of the pleasant La Defense Esplande, which offers lots of places for shopping, dining, and the kids to run. 200 meters the other way is a car and pedestrian bridge to 'Paris' and a very nice neighborhood with bakeries, groceries, pubs, bistros - all that one associates with the traditional Paris. For the price, it would be hard to find a better place in that area of Paris, especially if you wish to have your own kitchen. Please note, since it is an apartment, they do not clean the room or change sheets daily. Metro is a mere 3 minute walk away.
“Not impressed with the hotel and honestly...grossed out. The staff though AWESOME!”
The staff was wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about each individual that I had an encounter with. The people that apparently "lived" there slammed the door NON stop all hours of the day and night. The room...nothing like the pictures. Well it was, but 5x skankier. The cleanliness: windows were filthy, bathroom dirty, just plain run down all together.
“Excellent value”
There were three of us and we had 2 rooms for the price of one, a kitchen and all necessary cooking equipment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was adequate. Location wise, very close to the Metro and within 15 - 20 minutes of L'Arc De Triomphe and all major sights. Well recommended!
“Spacious for a family with 2 children and all appliances”
The hotel was spacious for family with 2 children and had all appliances. We even cooked some meals. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel. And metro is right outside. But please note that the hotel is far from Eiffel and Arc De Trompe even though we can see the attractions from outside the hotel.
