“Modern and Comfortable”

Had a really enjoyable stay. Balcony and CD player were a surprise. Friendly reception, very close to a small supermarket. Good location, also close to Metro stop (10 mins to centre of Paris). Lovely area away from tourist sites but in close proximity to everything needed. Everything wanted from a budget hotel.

“Great service !”

Great service. They had one computer, but it had free internet, very usefull. The room was kind of old, had a small smell, but the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really big, good shower. The television had good channels. Its nice that there is a laundry room down stairs. The only...annoying thing, was that there is a man that lives in the hotel, he hangs in the lobby a lot, he talks to the hotel staff. I bet he is really lonely...A nice man, but he talks to you for hoooours, its hard to get away from him. But whatever, he was polite and nice, but don't you start a conversation with him because he won't let you go ! And if he starts one with you, well don't you talk too much.

“Outstanding Service”

I found the location to be very quiet and convenient- a semi-residential neighborhood, several grocery stores, cafes and a metro stop a block away. My studio apartment was ready at check-in, very clean and quite roomy. I can't say enough good things about the staff: during my stay, I was faced with a medical emergency and they were absolutely heroic in their efforts to find a nearby, english-speaking doctor who could see me immediately. I would definitely stay at this location again!

“Citadines Paris Austerlitz”

I have stayed in this hotel six times. The apartment setup is convenient it you want the independence of a serviced apartment without any of the usual - and usually not necessary - conveniences of a traditional hotel (room service, etc.). The Citadines rooms show their age but pricing is attractive, the rooms are clean and staff are always very friendly and helpful. If you like a little exercise, the city centre is within walking distance. Metro is just a couple of minutes from the hotel. Within easy walking distance of the wonderful Mouffetard/Contrescarpe area. No major drawbacks that I can think of.

“Appartment hotel - brilliant idea but.........”

This apart'hotel was promising on our arrival- peaceful location, clean reception and our room both quiet and dark at night. Downside - sofa bed actually 2 singles hard to use as a double, and decoration minimal and down at heel. Chosen to take advantage of fantastic local market produce to cook, vital listed kitchen equipment was missing from the tiny kitchenette (one frying pan, no saucepans) and staff reluctant to replace items. Sides of bath scummy & hob and worktop unclean. Male receptionist embarrassingly unhelpful to a Japanese guest when there was difficulty ordering a taxi, and no information was posted to update on transport strike news after initial notification during whole week we were there.

pas de lit mais un canapé inconfortable et délabré (dans un 3 étoiles...) et le ménage n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre.
