“highly disappointing”

the lift is out of action for 1 month which they failed to mention. Someone was there to help with my bags on check in and out, but being on the 5th floor was a bit annoying. Room was quiet and the facilities ok, but for the price I paid I found value for money appawling. Good location though. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend.
