We liked the place. Location was good: less than a minute from Metro station, few minutes to grocery stores, walking distance to main attractions. We had breakfast in, cooking and cleaning was easy. Nice eating/cooking area with a big table and stylish china. We'd asked for an extra bed and it was set up for us. But my daughter slept on a sofa, which was comfortable and big enough for a grown up person. We used A/C on sunny days and heating on rainy ones and were comfortable. Internet access and 24 hours phone assistance were very usefull. Thanks.

“Initially surprised, later very satisfied”

I was not informed oportunely that the hotel didnt have reception, but two paswords in order to get the keys. This fault generated difficulties for us. Fortunetaly somebody help us. Once known the system of admitance, the apartment was so good with a full equiped chiken in one of the best places for tourist in Paris. If you plan to go with more than 2 people is a beatufil solution

“Clean and modern stay in Paris”

We were a group of 5 and stayed here in February. We were very pleased with the apartment: nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. The process for obtaining the keys was straightforward enough. It was very cold and one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms didn't work, but there were 2 portable heaters so this wasn't much of a problem. The apartment was located in a very nice neighbourhood, at the top of the building. We had a metro station, a supermarket and a bakery close by. Another plus was that the wifi worked well (you never know!) Only couple of details: the walls were a bit thin (we could hear the neighbours next door) and the floors were creaky. But all in all, a fantastic stay.

“Excellent value for money in a perfect location”

The location was perfect and the room was a good size - we stayed in a studio, 3 adults and 1 child and it was a good size for us all. The kitchen area was very useful and everything was clean. There was a great Italian restaurant on the same street and even M&S on the corner.....quite literally 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro. I would stay here again - the staff were helpful and even looked after our bags on the day we departed so that we could travel around Paris without lugging it all with us!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to stay in central Paris for a reasonable price.

“Great location and place to stay in Paris”

Great apartment very close to metro & bus stations. Only a few blocks from champs ellysees. This does not have a front desk abd is actually a furnished apartment. This was great for our family of 4 and a very good value. I highly recommend Bridgestreet and would stay with them Again.

“Not iImpressed at all”

This hotel is a block off the Champs Elysees which is great but it is the only positive thing about it. I think the room was relatively clean but it was hard to tell for sure with so many burnt out light bulbs. The hallways and entrance to the hotel were definitely NOT clean. The elevator didn't work half the time and it's a lot of steps to lug your luggage up 3 floors. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no instructions anywhere on how to turn on the air conditioning. We finally got it running after playing with every control panel we could find. The office staff were friendly when you were able to get in touch with them but they were extremely hard to contact. The hot water ran out quickly in the morning and you had to wait 24 hours for it to replenish. Would definitely never stay here again.

“False advertisement!!! Beware!!”

Avoid this place with all possible. I booked an apartment at rue de berri near Champse Elysee over 1 month in advance. One week before my trip, they emailed me to inform me that my room is not available. They offered me an apartment near the south side of Paris. I had read reviews at other site that they did this all the time.
