“Great location for getting around Paris.”
I was very happy with the freindly staff. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, and two metro stops. The room was made up and clean every day we came back from sight seeing. It's great if you dont plan on lounging around the room all day and seeing the sights.
“Great hotel, great location”
This is without a doubt one of the best overall hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to help us. They gave great directions to points of interest, explained things clearly, helped with outside tour reservations, and can converse in french or english (and probably other languages too). I would definately recommend this hotel, Invalides is literally behind the building, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, Tulieries, Louvre, Concorde, are all in walking distance. The breakfast is a little pricey, but is a large self serve buffet and worth the money if you tend to eat a big breakfast. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants in the general area with six on that same street alone of varying price range. My only complaint is that the shower curtain stuck to me and wasn't quite long enough for the shower, which is a very minor complaint. The rooms are a little on the small side, but that is normal for European hotels.
“Great Staff”
I picked this hotel for a first time trip to Paris with my teenage son. The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone except housekeeping spoke English and helped us to map out our destinations with the train and metro schedules. One of the front desk clerks even brought me a few bottles of water up to my room at midnight. The room was well cleaned each day. Although the room was small, we had a window with a small terrace that was wonderful. Overall, this was a wonderful place, central to all locations and right down the street from the metro. Minutes away from most major attractions.
“A great place to stay while in Paris”
A well maintained Hoted with a helpful and courteous staff. Having very limited French language skills, the staffs ability to speak English was a godsend. The Hotel is a block from the Metro stop. A grocery store is a short walk. The Eifel Tower is also an easy walk down an interesting street full of 'Brasseries', Patisseries and quaint little shops.
“Everything was Top Notch”
Haven never been to Paris and reading the horror story reviews we had hope the Best Western wouldn’t let us down and they didn’t. When we arrived Ishmael at the front desk was amazing in making sure our room was adequate and suggesting what we should do and see in Paris made for a great time. The room was small but we got a room with 2 twin beds and pushed them together which made for a little larger room a 12x10 rather then a 10x10 which is a lot when you have large luggage. Everything had been remodeled with new carpet and paint. The bathrooms were adequate except the shower curtain sticks to you. The location was great close to attractions and about a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood was very safe at night with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. We used the grocery store a few blocks away and saved money because everything is priced like Manhattan. Museums, metro, pharmacy, bakery and farmers market with in a few blocks away too. I would definitely recommend it for 2 people. They did have 1 larger room on the first floor if you need more space. Expedia also saved us a lot on the week we stayed.
“Would Definitely Stay Here Again!!1”
This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. It was a few blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and a couple of blocks from the train station. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating. The room was small but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
“Great place to stay!”
I enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was very courteous and put up with my poor French! The location is excellent and the room, though small, was clean and very cool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again!
“"Will definitely be back"”
Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful and the room had everything we required. Could not fault anything and we had a very enjoyable stay.
“Great hotel, great staff,great location.”
We were only using the hotel as a base for sleeping as we were out seeing Paris in the day. For this purpose, it was fantastic. The room was nicely sized with complimentary tea/coffee every day. The staff were very friendly and spoke good english and helped us out with directions / restaurant suggestions. The bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend because for the price/location it was great.
“Location, location and good value”
Spent 5 nights at the BW Tour Eiffel. Ideally located between Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, it is well located for all central Paris activities. There is a metro nearby, and you are 2 blocks from the Rue Cler street markets. For 'self caterers' there are mini supermarkets both ways along Rue St Dominique, the nearest cross street. And literally dozens of restaurants, brasseries, bars and cafes. Couldn't have made a better choice for the price.
