“Perfect mid-range city hotel”

Spent 2 nights here Aug 2007 and it was very nice. I think we were lucky to get a 5th floor middle road facing room (52) as we were up high, had 3 windows opening to a balcony and had more than enough room for 2 to move. As a package the deal was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised. Recommended!

The rooms are spartan, but clean and have everything you need. One thing my wife and I loved was the air conditioning worked great--I love sleeping when the room is cold, and getting under the comforter. Slept like a baby. We read some reviews that made us a little leery, but overall we were very happy. Wireless internet worked just fine. Location close to metro.

“Good Base for Latin Quarter”

Adequate hotel in excellent location. You get what you pay for in this part of town. There are nicer hotels with bigger rooms but they will cost you a lot more. Right next to a Metro and Rue Mouffetard and Pantheon next door.

“Great hotel with the perfect location”

I traveled alone in Paris for 7 days and was very happy with the entire experience. The hotel is located foot steps from the metro stations which made it very easy for travel throughout Paris and arriving from the airport. The room was very clean and mainted well by the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the front dest staff spoke English. When you walk out the front door, there are three pastry/patisserie shops which made it convenient to buy croussants and desserts. There is a small grocery store down the street, a pharmacy, many restaurants in any direction. The hotel is 15-20 min walk from the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Gardens and Blvd St Michel. I felt very safe and comfortable in the neighbroorhood.

“Small but good”

The rooms are small, but clean and the Hotel is in a great location. Only one block from the Place Monge subway station, 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. Staff is friendly and speaks English. There was no problem with noise either from the street or the other rooms. Shower is tiny but functional. Pastry shop right on the corner for breakfast. Don't spend the 13 Euros on the breakfast the Hotel offers. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel located close to a metro station which proved very convenient when returning in the evening. The staff were very happy to help with all questions and in booking events. Had a comfortable stay.

“Fine, inexpensive hotel”

The room is small but perfectly adequate; no need to spend the big bucks when this works perfectly. Great location next to "Place Monge" metro in the Latin Quarter.
