“nice hotel”

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. I got a good rate and price/quality wise it was a good hotel. Cleanness is very important for my wife but she was happy with the hotel. The only thing was that the room was a small (especially compared to north america standards) but I think it's like this in Paris.

The Staff at the hotel were charming and very helpful. however the double rooms for 2 people are extremely small and had we had a suitcase with us it would have been impossible to open it.it was also very hard to negociate getting round the beds to use the bathroom /or open the wardrobe.The hotel was spotless but the lift was miniscule...1 person and one case.

“A Small Hotel - Literally”

The location of this hotel is somewhat further than "a stones throw" from the major department stores ... considering they are several metro stops away! The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly but the rooms are extremly small. The lift is also tiny; with space for only one person without luggage their. Quite annoying when you are travelling with a group and are located on the highest floor.

“Best Western St. Lazare”

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. However for a three star hotel, the rooms were small and did not have an iron or a mini-bar cooler and this was a shame given that other 3 star hotels I have stayed in provided such equipment. The cost of brekfast was extremely high. During the 4 days I was in Paris, breakfast worked out only 60 euros less than evening restaurant meals for two. The hotels location close to two Metro stations did make it easy to get around Paris. Printemps and Galeries Lafayette are close by.

“Pas emballée”

Je vous conseille de demander une chambre sur les arrières car en façade, on se croirait sur un circuit de formule 1. Double vitrage peu efficace. On a demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été fait. Chambre où il faisait assez froid. Je n'ai jamais réussi à faire marcher le chauffage (qu'un gros bruit de soufflerie mais pas de chaleur) Petit déjeuner un peu cher: 15€ adulte ou pour un enfant. La situation par contre est intéressante, à proximité de la gare St Lazare et le personnel était agréable.

“Attention à la salle de bain”

Vraiment juste pour un 3 étoile de cette chaine. Chambre minuscule, insonorisation inexistante et salle de bain de 3 m2 avec papier peint sale et arraché, rideau de douche crasseux qui tient avec du scotch... Pour une nuit pas plus! Assez bien situé cependant

“Not recommended”

Used the hotel as it was close to my business meeting. The room was tiny: borderng on claustrophobic and there was not much in the way of decent bars & restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
