“Looking forward to our return”
My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received during our stay at the Best Western Neuville. The staff was friendly and most helpful. A computer was readily available in the lobby at no charge and there were newspapers and magazines free of charge as well. The hotel was very quaint and clean. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The buffett breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. The location is great. There are several restaurants nearby and the metro is within walking distance. Needless to say, my husband and I are looking foward to our return.
“Shouldnt be a four star Hotel”
I had very bad experience in this Hotel, we booked it based on pictures and Hotel Rates, but doesnt reflect any of what we got, very small hotel, with small rooms, no room service available after 10PM, the lift is too too too small that i never saw anything like that before.
“Good hotel in Paris”
The hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood. It is about 500 meters from the Metro and RER Pereire and Pereire-Lavallois stations. There are good, affordable restaurants, specially close to the next Metro station, Wagram. The staff of the hotel was among the most friendly and helpful hotel staff that I have ever encounter, and they are fluent in English, which helps if your French is limited. The rooms are not large (compared to 4 star hotels in North America), but they are comfortable and clean, and so is the washroom. We will definitely stay in it again, specially if we can get the rate we got.
“Hotel de Neuville, magnifique”
The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything, surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants and transportation links.
“Nice Hotel in a Nice Area”
Hotel was in a nice part of the city and neighborhood. It is close to the Arc de Triomphe and close to a well connected train and metro station. Personnel was helpful. Internet access at the lobby was acceptable. Room was well kept. Breakfast buffet good and friendly waitress. No problems with the language.
“Classic Parisienne yet modern”
This hotel offers clean, modern, spacious (by Paris standards) rooms and a very attractive lobby reception area. Room facing the street was great but expect to take the metro or bus to sightsee, this is a beautiful but residential Parisienne neighborhood. The staff is helpful and you can request a coffeemaker for your room, buy Brioche etc. and save on breakfast if you like. There is a supermarket and bakery just off Place Marchal Juin at the corner. Enjoy! Bistro du 17 est tres bien avec une boutielle vin compris.
