“Absolutely a Great Find!!”
This hotel is such a delight. Just a few steps off a main street, with only about 50 rooms and perfect! Clean, great staff, very easy walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, great little restaurants, brasseries, the Tern subway station to get you everywhere and a market (cheap bottles of water, snacks, wine, etc). Very, very good hot breakfast and great coffee in the morning for a small fee, nice sized rooms, AC and a small elevator. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly reception. All necessary facilities for an usual traveller is there. Location is great, specially if you work out that the nearest Metro is Termes (1 minute from hotel) and not Charles de Gaulle Etoile (5 minutes)which we realised on our way back!! Loads of good places to eat out nearby. You can roam around Champs de Ellyses as long as you want to and then stroll back to the hotel. If breakfast wa included in the price, it would be a perfect 10.
“Pleasant Surprise”
Expecting a tiny Parisian room for three, we were overcome with pleasure setting foot inside our wonderful room! All slept well for four nights in comfortable beds, nearly silent atmosphere, exceptionally clean, remodeled-modern bathroom. We even had two small balconies! Terrific residential/shopping/resturant district. We laughed out loud every time we set foot inside the tiny elevator...such fun...so European! I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris, and should I visit again, this is where I will stay.
“Excellent location, clean and comfortable.”
Excellent location, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and two metro stops. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Coin laundry just steps away. Hotel room was large by Paris standards with a large clean bathroom. Free internet. Best hotel for the price that I have stayed in Paris. This is my fifth trip. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend.
“Very nice place”
The staff and the hotel are very nice, the area is busy due to the road traffic near it. The street the hotel is on is a oneway street and not busy at all. There is a nail place, supermarket, laundreymat, farmers market, shops, shops, and more shops, all with in a block or two. You can eat just about any kind of food in those same couple of blocks. Mc Donalds even. Your only a few short blocks from the Metro stations, Bus stops, which you can use as your jump off site for all your tourist attractions. The system is clean, safe and very much on time. Three females and we were safe. Even when I was alone I felt safe.
“nice hotel, good location, quiet area”
I like this hotel location. It closes to banks, markets, bakery, metros, restaurants and Arc de Triomphe. It has good AC, clean bathroom, people at hotel desk is very helpful. but elevator is too small, fit just 2 people! Definitely stay again, no hesitate to recommend it to other friends.
“Ideal location”
Easy to get to on the Metro with Ternes being two minutes walk from the hotel. Also a couple of minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and easy access to other Paris sites. We just used the hotel as a place to sleep so cannot comment on the food. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Food reasonably priced though alcohol expensive. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful although don't be afraid to politely interupt their own conversations to get some attention.

We had a great time and couldnt fault the hotel, the staff were really helpfull and helped us organise our day and the hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. I would stay there again at any time.
“Great location”
The location of this hotel was what we were most interested in. It is a short walk to the subway system, which is excellent once you get the hang of it. Also we walked to most of the places we were most interested in. There are good restaurants nearby as well as an open fresh market place. We didn't use very many services at the hotel as we were more interested in being elsewhere, however, the hotel staff was extremely courteous at all times and helpful with any questions that we did have. We would definately stay here again.
