Great stay at Hotel Aulivia Opera
We arrived late in the evening and we were welcomed by the receptionist, who was very friendly and booked us in promptly. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard. This meant that we did not hear any of the hustle and bustle that was going on outside. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. A kettle for tea and a coffee machine was in the room. We were also provided with fresh bottled water. The bed was comfortable and the shower refreshing. All in all I could not fault the room or the hotel and the staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we prefer to go outside and find a nice cafe where we can people watch at the same time. The area the hotel was in was great and near 2 metro stations. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Great location, nearby to underground and bars and food places! Cute small sized rooms but all you need for when in Paris, great amenities for a little break away. Only thing I’d say is our shower leaked but that’s the only negative, great stay and brilliant vibes all round

Small but trendy and efficient room. Clean, great mattress, and nice breakfast. I have celiac (no gluten) , and the provided gluten-free muffins & fruit. Liked option for free chilled or carbonated H2O for your room.

Perfect for visiting Paris
Lovely stay. Near Metro and some good restaurants. Clean and comfy. Staff were helpful and spoke English.

Very good location, close to metro and train stations walking distance. Lots of restaurant options around. Friendly staff. Room is small, but I personally found it just right for me. Walls are thin, and wish there was additional security for getting into hotel. Also, needs a bigger sign on the street to locate it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very close to subway, great restaurants and across from famous Jazz club. Interiors very hip with a wonderful breakfast buffet. A very excellent value for the money!

Great stay!
The neighborhood it's awesome, a lot of gastronomic options and a lot of party at night, fortunately the rooms are very well sound-proof so it doesn't bother you when you want to rest. Very near of different metro stations and less than 20 minutes of major touristic attractions.

I booked a superior room and it was tiny. I would hate to know the size of a normal room. It should be stated in the advertising of this hotel the smallness of the rooms.

The staff was amazing, is about 2 blocks from the chateau d'eau metro. It’s a very live area. It’s also about 20 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette. The staff is amazing answered all questions.

The washrooms were really clean, as was the room. It was nothing fancy - but perfect for my price range. The concierge went above and beyond to help (use the shuttle service to the airport!)

they sold room with city view and 12m2 room has a small view with back of hotel and room was around 3-4 m2

Conformtable and convenient
As with most Paris hotels in this range the rooms are very small, but the hotel is well appointed and comfortable, well maintained and clean. The hotel offers a bar and breakfast (although we did not take breakfast). The staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English The location is convienent for Gare du Nord (10 mins walking) and the local area offerss a selection of restaurants
