“Nice hotel, nothing anywhere near it.”

This hotel is a decent price for Paris area, but it is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within walking distance. Be sure to bring anything you might want to eat or drink as there are no stores close to shop in. The room was tiny, but clean and neat. The bathroom was fine, good shower and toilet. The good points are that it is close to the airport and there is a bus that goes right to it for only 2 Euro each, no need for a taxi. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a restaurant on-site that has dinner at 7:00-9:00 pm and breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn't go to the restaurant, but they let us have a complimentery cup of coffee in the morning. All in all a decent place to crash before leaving France, but that's it.

“Emplacement isolé, ambiance tristounette”

Si le travail vous amène à Garonor et que vous cherchez un endroit propre et pas cher, c'est peut-être l'endroit pour vous. Assurez-vous toutefois d'avoir une voiture; l'hôtel est au milieu d'un parc industriel, loin d'un métro et il n'y aucun restaurant dans le coin. L'hôtel proprement dit est propre mais les aires communes sont un peu usées, et il y règne une ambiance tristounette.

“Good hotel for the price”

The hotel is a budget hotel with basic amenities, its not the cleanest hotel you will ever stay at but considering the price and given that it is not that far from CDG, it is a decent option if you are on a tight budget and spending only a night before catching a flight out of CDG. There is a bus that runs to/from CDG that stops very close to this hotel: line 350 and the closest stop is Robert Bremond which is practically across the street from the hotel. The same bus continues on to Gare Du Nord from where you can connect to other parts of Paris and beyond. The location of the hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood (although the freeway is not that far off) but there are no shops or stores of any kind anywhere within walking distance. There is a (probably continental) breakfast for 7 euros but I probably would give it a pass. When I stayed here there was a wonderfully nice and helpful African lady at the front desk who spoke excellent English and helped me get access to the free wifi at the hotel (you need a local cellphone for receiving the password by SMS which I did not have). So all in all, this is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and not looking for a special experience.

“Balladins - poor hotel”

Balladins is a small hotel located in an industrial park halfway between Paris and DeGaulle airport. Because of poor signage, it took the taxi driver 5-10 minutes just to find the entrance to the hotel. Rooms are very small, barely enough to turn around. Room condition was very poor, with broken shower fixtures and inoperable room lights. The elevator is tiny and poorly maintained. The continental breakfast service was absolutely minimal. Bottom line: stay someplace else

Good for the price, no food available and no bar available. 10 minute walk to a cafe.
