“Great location, great small hotel”
The Art is a great small hotel, modern room, ideally located for travellers coming into Paris via the Gare Nord. Its literally a 10 min walk, if you are walking slowly!. Cafes and stores close by, Metro stop very close as well.
“Friendly service”
Friendly and helpful on front desk. Hotel just refurbished so room very clean - great shower. Breakfast choice adequate and as expected. Fridge in room - great, but could have done with kettle in room. Also expecting a safety deposit box but there wasn't one. Had to ask a couple of times for a few things that hadn't been replaced by the cleaners. A few good restaurants nearby. Short walk from station - few unsavoury characters around. Would stay again and recommend hotel.
“Worth the price”
It was a pleasure staying in this small but comfortable hotel. Very accommodating staff. We were on the 7th floor with a good view of the Sacre Coeur and decent view of the Eiffel tower. The little restaurant next door to the left as you go out has excellent food. Had to dine there twice despite the so many choices.
“Small but Convenient”
This hotel is a short walking distance from Gare Du Nord, the main railway access to and from CDG airport. It is situated in a convenient area with lots of cafes, patisseries, and a small convenience store within 100 metres of the hotel. Easy walk to the Louvre (20 minutes). Not far from Sacre Coeur. Rooms are small but comfortable. Elevator is very small- would barely fit two people and a suitcase. I would recommend this hotel for the budget traveller who wants a comfortable hotel within easy access to transport and a choice of places to eat.
“Good Value, Nice Small Hotel”
Clean, and close to major transportation. Good sized shower and decent sized bathroom overall. Room was small with a double bed. Small refrigerator was a nice plus too. Window opens and the AC also wokre well. That elevator though, small and had a mind of its own. That was the only small problem we had. Otherwise, good value and a quiet neighborhood. They painted the outside so now they should update their picture. It is a Grey color now.
