“Would stay there again?”

Very nice hotel with a good price!!! Loved how clean the apt. was. Worst part was finding it at first, It is 2 buildings down from the Oceania. Nice neighborhood. Best review you could give, is I'd stay there again and I would.

“Good solution for families in Paris”

A little bit far from downtown, but with very easy access through a metro station just 200 m from the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room for 4 people. Very reasonable price considering that Paris is not a cheap city. Highly recommended if you do not mind to take a metro. Wifi access in the reception with a reasonable speed. If you are a couple then I would say that there are better quality/price relation in the same area (price is very similar for 2 or 4 people in the same room).

“Good location, metro station 5 mins away”

Both lifts were broken for the duration of our stay, and being on the 8th floor made sure we got ample excercise. However the facilities for a reasonably priced hotel were good. We would probably use the hotel again.

“Satisfactory”

Hard to find: look out for the "Pierre & Vacances" sign. The Hotel is located behind the main buildings on that street. Spacious room, but unconfortable bed and only French and Italian channels on the TV. Good neighboorhood.

“Great hotel for those on budget.”

Great for young people. Close to metro and friendly staff. Our room was very nice and we really enjoyed the stay.

“Avoid this one!”

The hotel rooms were dirty. Sticky stains could easily be seen and felt. The carpets were dirty too but not visibly. They need to be shampoo cleaned to walk on with bare feet. The rooms are not air conditioned. The curtains dirty and covered in dust. The sliding Wardrobe doors dislodged and therefore very dangerous to use. The kitchenette altough nicely organised was nevertheless dirty-alot of sticky patches. The only good thing about the hotel was its shower. We enjoyed that only.

Réservation non prise en compte entièrement (2 nuits réservées, 1 seule notée), locaux vieillots nécessitant un rafraichissement d'urgence, accès internet payant, fournitures de base à réclamer...

“This is not a three star hotel”

We were very disappointed with this hotel. There is no way that this is a three star hotel. I would give it a one star. The hotel is 1000 meters from the metro, not 100 meters. The room and hallways smelled. The doors all had holes in them. The wood cabinets were all losing their finish. The bed covers were faded and had holes. The bathroom had just been remodeled, but it won't stay nice because the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The continental breakfast was fair. The hotel staff was okay, not super helpful. The location was right next to a convention center: safe, but not necessarily convenient for sight seeing. The photos are at least 10 years old. Don't trust them!
