“Good location but very dirty room.”

The location of this hotel is good - close enough for a quick train ride to Paris. The lobby was clean but the hallways and our room were dirty. The walls looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in months. The staff was polite and professional but not very helpful. I would not stay here again.

“Excellent choice for families visiting Paris and Eurodisney at good price”

Excellent hotel for the price, 6 minutes bus ride (free) from Eurodisney park. Very convenient, especially for families with young children. We had a very convenient room sleeping five. Small kitchen well equipped, laundry room open 24 hrs. For those wishing to go to Paris - it takes about 1 hour door to door from the hotel to the city center (triumph gate), not bad. Overall - best location for Eurodisney first, Paris second. Highly recommended!!

“Great Value in Europe!”

Great place at a terrific price. I would stay here again. I may rent it for a month next time!

“Not ideal”

We booked this hotel because of the great price and the fact that it was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Paris. We were terribly dissatisfied with this hotel, especially the staff at the front desk. They were rude and not very helpful when we needed directions or help. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the Gare de Lyon station in Paris. There is a bus that takes you to and from the metro station (Marne LaVallee) but it is unreliable and doesnt run all day. As far as our room, it was large but the beds were all small and uncomfortable. Maid service is not included so if you want clean sheets, fresh towels, trash removed, etc. you have to ask or do it yourself. This hotel made much of our almost week long stay in Paris very unpleasant.

“Read all the Reviews”

Picked this hotel due to the positive reviews and Expedia saying it was a three star. All the Expedia reviews give this high marks that don't match the hotel I stayed at. This is a low two star at best and not a place for small children again. The exterior looks lovely but the inside is in disrepair. The main bed was actually a pull out couch. It was completely uncomfortable. The room was not clean, we had a previous visitors dirty sock in the main room. The room looked like it had been through a major storm - there was chipped paint throughout and there were major dents in the walls. The carpet was disgusting. We checked in late and my wife and I thought about checking out immediately but it was too late and our kids needed to sleep. I was disgusted. Is it close to Disney, definitely. Other than that I was completely disappointed with this hotel and could not run out the door fast enough. Unfortunately finding quality lodging around Disney I have found to be challenging unless you are willing to spend a tremendous amount of money.

“Perfect location for everything!”

We really enjoyed this hotel. We didn't even pick it because of the location close too Disney either...we didn't even go to Disney! We chose it because of the price and location to the Metro so we could take the Metro into Paris daily. It's a few minute walk to the metro and there is a great mall right next door with a grocery store in it. The staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations. Most European hotels to us lack in the customer service area, not this one though. Being an American family living overseas, this hotel made us feel like we were "home" in the States. We love and miss that feeling! The only complaint I had was the pool, we were under the impression it would be open and it wasn't. That was our only disappointment because we do try to pick this specific feature for every hotel we stay at. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel! Good luck and safe travels and bring lots of Money cause everything is so expensive! Cheers

“Awesome price with benefits”

My family and I travel all over Europe and I will say I was a little hestitant about booking this hotel based on Expedia reviews. I crossed referrenced reviews with another online booking agency and decided to go ahead. The staff was very helpful with the times for the Disney shuttle, room locations, wireless access (free), parking, and any other questions I had. We arrived with 6 people and booked the largest available, which fit all of us very well. With the fully equiped kitchen (no stove but has microwave) we were able to buy food locally and cook for ourselves. The apartment was slightly worn (base boards nicked and luggage scuffs up stairs) but no different than many of our own homes. Three things that were great about this location; see the Disney fireworks from our roof top balcony, price, and the best of all, the shopping mall which is a 30 second walk from the front door. I believe this is the best mall I have visited outside of the United States, huge with great shops and aquatic center and gym. McDonalds is also availble for late night food. In the future, I will book this hotel to entertain my friends and family for shopping and ease of traveling to Paris.

“a very nice experience”

the only problem, is too far from downtown an you have to pay 10 euros in round trip to downtown in metro for each person, but the hotel is very very good.
