This is an old building. there is no lift and need to take the luggage through the stairs by hand. Bathroom is very- very small and hard to move around.

Location is perfect. Most landmarks are within walking distance. Surrounded by lots of nice bistros , restaurants, bars and cafes. Metro station is 1 min away. Room is basic but really nice. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception area. Would definitely recommend. We stayed 4 nights and what we love the most is the electric kettle in the room.

The shelves were dusty, the trash had not been taken out, and the water kettle was filthy. The location was great.

The rooms are clean and nice. We stayed in a very basic and minimalistic room. The room was small, but it wasn't an issue for us as we didn't spend much time in the hotel. The location is just great and many attentions are within walkable distance from the hotel. Staff is nice, responsive and helpful.

The three story walk up was difficult and you couldn't fully stand up in part of the room as you are in the rafters. Not fun when a 130 am fire alarm went off! There are only 2 rooms on the third floor though. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. The staff was very nice.

Nice staff clean rooms But If you’re over 20 years old? The 73 narrow winding steps to my room with varying heights was too much with a heavy bag. Ridiculous!

Really well located. Close to two metro lines. Surrounded by bistros and bars. Very close to pompidou center and the halles. The room was clean and very cute. *Note: this hotel does not have an elevator.

The location is wonderful and the room we stayed in (112) was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The tiny shower was not comfortable, but a reasonable compromise for a low cost room. The service was excellent and I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, but rooms in need of some upkeep. 2 of the 3 lights in the room were not working, the third partially operable. Refrigerator didn’t work. Carpet deeply stained, saggy mattress, kettle and coffee in room but no spoons or stirrer. Reported issues on Friday, and checked out Monday and although staff was trying their best, it was checkout on Monday and nothing was fixed.

Sewage Smell Non Sleep
Our 1st night we noticed an awful sewer smell inside of our room & hardly slept at all, it was miserable. We notified the front desk immediately and the only time that someone inspected the room was when my 14 year old daughter was there by herself doing homework. Obviously she has been taught not to let anyone but us into the room. Although I asked several times, nobody came to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The smell in the room was awful and we could not sleep. I mentioned this to the manager and was offered a free breakfast or 10% a future stay. I found that to be inadequate and offensive and went to a different hotel.

The location was great. Cost good. Staff were very nice. It is modest and a walk up. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. But the staff and location made up for everything.

Condition of the carpet was poor. Staff were great. Space was cramped. Bathroom clean.heating was uncontrollable.
