Nice Location

“Definitely a hotel to go back to!”

This was the third time I'd been to Paris this year and I chose this hotel after the super reviews I found on here and another site - which definitely aren't wrong!! The hotel was lovely, situated in a fantastic location - 5 minutes from the Champs Elysee and a 2 minute walk from the nearest Metro (Saint Phillippe). The hotel was modern and very chic. We did have a view of the back of the hotel but as we were out everyday, this did not matter. The room was very well equipped and incredibly comfortable! There is a gorgeous patisserie just around the corner so we bought pastries for breakfast from there. The only thing that made us quite uncomfortable was when we returned to our room on the first night to find things had been moved and some lights were on. However once we spoke to the very helpful reception staff, we learned it was known as 'service couverture' where the housekeeper prepares your room before you sleep! Overall, a great hotel and I would definitely go back there again!

“Awesome Stay at le 123 Hotel”

My wife and I just got back from 3 nights at Le 123 Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and clean, we had a nice balcony, the overall hotel decor was great, the location was great, and the staff were very helpful. We had no issues and were very pleasantly surprised with the hole experience. Unless other rooms are not as nice as ours was, I don't see how anyone could have any complaints about this hotel. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in many 4 or 5 start hotels and Hotel 123 is small, it certainly ranks in our top hotel stays.

Very satisfied with the hotel. They have good spacious rooms with good basic four star service. Top location. Quiet and very near to the centre and shopping area. Rooms are clean.

What a great Hotel! I stayed in a 3rd floor room which was more like a trendy loft than a hotel room. The room was very airy, comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The hotel is convientely located within walking distance to some great shopping areas (Champs-Elysee/rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore) and essential Paris sights (Arc de Triomphe/Place Vendome).

“A pleasant surprise!”

I booked this hotel at the last minute and thus was prepared to find it less than satisfactory -- practically everything else (reasonably priced for Paris at the height of the tourist season) was completely booked. The hotel was delightful -- brand new (renovated older building) with a quirky and bohemian decorating scheme. The bedroom was larger than I expected, comfortable and airy. Everything was brand new and in excellent working order. The bathroom was especially good quality. A good TV in the room, a safe, air-conditioning worked well. Overall very charming and comfortable. Not cheap, of course, but more reasonable than a lot of places. In a good location just steps away from the Metro (Saint-Phillipe du Roule, Line 9). Better than I expected for a three star.

“Excellent stay”

I was immediately impressed with this hotel, not only due to its perfect location but also the tastefully decorated interior. However this was not what impressed me most; we visited during the public transport strikes in Paris and therefore taxis were a nightmare. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure all travel was arranged. I have never experienced such dedication. A perfect stay.

Great Location for ALL major attractions in PAris. Within walking distance to Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph, everything!!! Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, well-appointed rooms, quiet location two blocks from Champs Elysees. Would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Paris.
