Spa
The Retreat Spa is located on an elevated part of the Resort above the Mediterranean Sea, with spectacular views from the outdoor pool and even the sauna. State-of-the-art facilities and an expert team of therapists await residents, guests and local visitors to provide them with the ultimate in top-to-toe pampering for the mind, body and soul. The Greco-Roman bathing rituals of cleansing and relaxation inspired the design, atmosphere and ambience of The Retreat Spa.
A total of 27 tranquil treatment rooms offer a variety of idyllic possibilities from private to couple’s rooms, to specialised hydrotherapy, spa manicure and pedicure rooms, Thai rooms and outdoor massage pavilions. Using Pevonia Botanica products and Li’tya Aboriginal products throughout the Spa, treatments include facial and body treatments, as well as massage and aromatherapy.

“Aphrodite Hills Residences: ce qui se fait de (très bien) à Chypre”
Ce gigantesque complexe de villas est idéalement situé, non loin de l'aéroport de Paphos, dans un endroit calme et de toute beauté, à deux pas du rocher d'Aprhodite. Les infrastructures du domaine (golf, tennis, piscines, spa...) sont d'excellent niveau. Les villas sont spacieuses, propres et très bien équipées, en cuisine comme au jardin. Depuis la chambre à coucher on apprécie la vue sur le golf et la mer. Le personnel est courtois, efficace et bienveillant. La clientèle et les résidents, en majorité British, sont courtois, discrets et de bonne compagnie. Par contre l'ambiance à l'hôtel Intercontinental (sur le même site) est typique des hôtels de chaîne internationaux, pour ceux qui aiment. Les plats servis dans les différents restaurants du domaine sont très classiques mais le tout proche village de Kouklia offre plusieurs tavernes où on peut découvrir une authentique cuisine chypriote de qualité et des habitants accueillants quoique discrets.
“Lovely time”
We had a great time on our holiday. As a family with 4 children we fit easily into the 3 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of space for them to run around. The apartment was clean and well maintained with adequate kitchen.The children made good use of the pool which was basically on our doorstep. We recommend hiring a car, the hotel, shops and restaurants were a good walk away. There was plenty of choice for restaurants but with having young children to please we were tied to one restaurant if we were to please everyone. It also seemed expensive to eat or shop on site so a car was more than necessary. We would consider returning again one day.
“Great holiday.”
The villa was on a large complex but detached with it's own lovely, large pool. It was billed as luxury accommodation and the 4 of us agreed that it lived up to it's designation. The complex was well maintained and not too far out of Paphos. The Italian restaurant on the complex had a small but varied menu and the food was good. We hired a car at the airport for our own convenience but, we found out when we got there, it turned out to be an absolute necessity due to the size of the complex and there being no buses at all.
“Excellent facilities”
We rented a Junior Villa with private pool for two nights in early September. The villa was of modern construction and immaculately presented. The pool was clean and large enough for a group of 4-6 people. The resort is spread across a large area and use of a car is advisable, especially if staying in one of the remoter "villages". The "village square" has a good selection of shops and restaurants and actiities such as golf, tennis, horse riding and spa treatments (supposedly among the best in Europe) are available, although note that these attract additional fees at levels reflective of the resort's 5-star status. The site also boasts an Intercontinetal Hotel whose facilities may be used by villa guests (again subject to fees). The Aphrodite Hills delivers all one would expect of a 5-star resort and we had an extremely comfortably and pleasant stay. However, do not expect to find much of Cyprus here - this resort could have been on any hot island.
“Highly Recommend Staying Here”
Aphrodite Hills was a wonderful experience for our first trip to Cyprus - the villa was fully stocked with dishware, grill, linens etc and very clean. We were able to BBQ every night in our own yard near the pool which was great. The pool was in great condition with plenty of sun chairs. Absolutely loved having our own apartment and didnt want to leave! The only thing ot be aware of is that you really have to rent a car to stay here - especially if you want to go to the beach or the grocery store. There is a fairly well stocked supermarket on the resort property but its expensive. The nearest other supermarket is about a 15 minute drive away.
“The forgotten party”
When we arrived, we were given the keys to our apartment by the security gateman, as if the hotel staff couldn't be bothered to greet us. The apartment was spacious and clean.. The resort as a whole was very quiet and the majority of the restaurants were closed and there was nothing in the way of entertainment. The apartment was cleaned only once in the ten days that we stayed there and we were overrun with stray cats looking for food.
