Good Hotel but Laundry service really Bad
Good Hotel, friendly staff, good location, fast check in (we were check in at 10am) ..good Massage Spa Breakfast good but not really, Laundry take longer bring back to our room, we almost forget our laundr, we should call them many time to get our laundry

Not as my expectations
The pillow are smelly and the bed sheet are very dirty. There are some small cockroach on the curtain. The room is a little bit noisy in the morning because my room near by the swimming pool. The wifii is out of reach to my room.

Nice clean hotel.
Near to hypermarket which is a supermarket. Breakfast tasty. Room is comfortable and clean only problem I'd like to shower with liquid soap not soap bar.

Good service.
Stayed two days for business trip, staff service is excellent. Breakfast is very good. I find TV in the room to be too small and they might as well say no gym available since there is only one equipment. No airport transfer available.

Hotel and room is clean but our room is smell of smoke, we took 4 room and two of them is smelly, Hotel helper is polite but slow

It's a bit far from town.
Wifi not working on the 5th floor. First night we were there, someone was walking on the roof top making a lot of noise. On the second day, for one reason or another, our room wasn't tidied up until I called the front desk.

No beach view but great service!
To Hotels.com, pls re-check your hotel description on your website. You mentioned beach view, the Hotel has no access to beach view!! But other than that, the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even went extra mile to help me to get a local number. For all the hard work, they deserve a generous reward.

安い割にはなかなか良い
部屋が広く朝食もメニューがたくさんあって豪華 空港から近いがタクシーはぼられる 近くにコンビニは無いがＧＩＡＮＴというチェーンスーパーが有る 飲食店は無い

my 3rd times
ini sudah ke 3 x saya menginap disini. dan sudah ke 5 x utk orang tua saya menginap disini. lokasinya yg dekat dengan airport membuat hotel ini jd pilihan utama bagi turis. pengalaman kemarin awalnya cukup tidak mengenakkan, karena sepertinya resepsionis krg bersahabat lantaran saya menginap menggunakan voucher. blom lagi diberi kamar paling ujung, nasib voucher ya begini... tp staff lain seperti housekeeping dan staff di restorannya harus diberi two thumbs up, i give my four thumbs if i could, hehheeee satpamnya aja baik, lbh ramah drpd resepsionisnya loh.

Harga cukup murah terjangkau karena ada diskoun. Namun waktu itu tdk jadi berenang di hotel karena sdg dibersihkan.

kamarnya nyaman
1 malam berada di Santika alhamdulillah enak, tidurpun nyenyak karena semua kondisi hotel dalam keadaan baik. apalagi besoknya ditambah dengan spa.. hmmmm, segar sekali, jadi fresh setelah seharian jalan2.. sarapan pun menyenangkan karena tamu bisa memilih makanan yang disukainya. next time i will be there again.

Recieption/hotel minta deposit utk kunci kamar. 1 kunci @rp.50.000, dan ini sangat tdk menyenangkan buat saya. apakah hotel santika tdk punya dana buat stock kunci???
