“Excellent, better impossible”
Good. The social area and room are beautiful
“It meets what's expected from the Trump Brand”
It's a 5 star Hotel with great service. The only downside is the construction around the Hotel.
“NO SUN IN THE POOL AREA”
A real 5* hotel! Excellent location, superb facilities. Attentive staff - never overbearing, and always willing to help giving tips and booking tours. Exquisite New Years' Eve party! Only BIG disappointment: sun light in the pool ONLY till 12PM, because of 2 highrisers being built on either side of the hotel. Such a venue as this one should have a pool/solarium at the top floor, for instance, in hopes of solving the problem. They are building an artificial island on the Pacific, connected to the property, which will, when completed, solve in part the problem, but will not make the sun shine in the pool area. Apart from that, it's a getway worth every penny!
“Fun night with kids”
We aren't really a 5-star type of crowd, but we had one night in Panama City before we flew home and feel we got a great deal. We were traveling with 3 children (ages 7, 4, and 2) and Grandma. Everyone was happy...from the bathtub in the room, to the searching through the ammenity cans (sewing kits, shower caps, etc), to the super comfy bathrobes-- it was a blast. The pool area had music and white noise from wind and nearby construction, but this was great for us because we didn't have to worry about the kids being too noisy while swimming. Any cons? There are large hotels going up on either side of the Trump which didn't bother us--the rooms are well insulated and we weren't really there for the view (you can always catch a view from the pool deck). The restaurants are expensive (surprise) but we walked to a nearby grocery store for snacks and took take-out sushi back to the room for dinner. I'm pretty sure staying there added quite a bit to our cabrides to/from the airport, but they were still reasonable ($35 to Tocumen). The neighborhood isn't really for site-seeing, but again, we were just filling in one night before a flight. We had a great time!
“Pleasant business stay”
Very comfortable bed. Outdoor restaurant by the pool and pool were very nice. Only complaint would be the guy at reception when I called for wake up call seemed a bit slow, and I think they missed a wake up call one of the days.
“Amazing hotel”
Facilities and room are tremendous. Amazing pool area, fitness center and restaurants. Rooms and beds were fantastic, as was service. Layout of room is incredible with the bath sat on own. Breakfast offering was tremendous. Only negative I would say relates to the bathroom facilities in the room ... you should realize that there isn't much privacy with the toilet in the room. The (opaque) glass doors to the toilet have a very small gap when they close next to the shower so it can be quite "intimate", plus there is no fan.

“Pamama at its best”
Great hotel, great people, great country, great experience. One detail, the hut tub is not usable, it is just a prop. for picture takers. In addition, it seems more logical to me to have a hut tub in the rooms with king beds (for couples to enjoy), not in the double rooms where more likely families with small children will stay.
