La piscina en mal estado parece pantanosa de lo verde que se ve. En el piso donde estaba mi habitación una huésped en las noches gritando no dejaba dormir y nadie de la administración hizo nada y por último querían cobrar por las visitas de familiares a mi habitación y solo era visita por unos minutos. Lamentablemente no vuelvo a regresar a ese hotel

Escogí una Suite que era de mayor valor por la tina y la misma no servía. Solicité me arreglaran el problema y la de recepción de la mañana no solo no hizo nada al respecto, sino que tenía pésima actitud y servicio al cliente. La segundo día también solicité arreglaran la tina y al llegar en la noche tampoco la habían arreglado. Bajé a recepción nuevamente y la señorita de la noche no sabía nada del problema. Les pedí entonces o me cambiaran de habitación o me devolvieran la diferencia de esa habitación con la que no tiene tina. Ahí mismo subieron a arreglarla. La suite es grande, la cama amplia y con buena vista. Sin embargo se ve que es un edifico viejo y le falta mantenimiento. El sillón tenía una mancha horrible por lo que no lo utilicé para nada la limpieza de espejos, etc se ve que la realizan muy por encima. La ubicación es muy buena y el restaurante de sushi de al lado también. Creo que si le dieran un poco más de mantenimiento seria un gran lugar.

I know that you get what you pay for, and I was ready to stay here without any expectations. But I’m pretty disappointed with the nonexistent response regarding the airpods that I left in the room and no one did anything to help me. I had to call at least 3 times, while seeing my earphones location in my cellphone and supposedly no one could find them. Anyways, that’s what I get for trying to save some money.

This is a reasonably priced and centrally located hotel close to many amenities. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, safety deposit box, excellent shower, plenty of closet space and TV with a multitude of channels. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Panama City.

The staff was prompt and helpful. No in room coffee service. Only one restaurant on sight. Only opened for dinner.

Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. The beds are good, the A/C does need a key card to work, but I recommend just asking for another key as soon as you check in.

Very nice place small pool but clean and well kept. Plenty of local and chain restaurants, local shopping and near Train that takes you to other local malls and tourist locations. Great for the price.

The Hotel is located right next to the very popular Via Argentina in the center of Panama City, lots of restaurants/bars to choose from, transport is readable available and the metro station is close by. The staff is friendly and I was upgraded to a large comfortable room without asking for it.

The hotel room was absolutely filthy. The bedsheets were smelly. The pillows were smelly and dirty. There was mold in the shower. The floors were not clean the worst part for the sheets, not being clean, and the bed was absolutely disgusting.
