“Sterling Beach Condos Are Fantastic”
Our stay in a 9th floor unit at Sterling Beach was Great! The Condo is clean, spacious and well furnished. It was very comfortable for our late January visit. The view from the 31 foot balcony is breathtaking and the sound of the waves on the beautiful beach lulls you to sleep. We thought that this was our favorite so far of any of the condos or hotels we have stayed at including many 5 star hotels. The Pool/hot tub are well maintained and the private beach is beautiful. We highly recommend this to anyone, couples or families as a nice, relaxing place to stay. We looked at others and were glad we decided on this one.

Our stay was great.The condo was more than ample, and very comfortable. the view from the balcony was great.The staff at the front desk was helpful but not overly friendly, fortunetly we did not have to see much of them.I would highly recommend it.

Sterling Beach was everything we could hope for in a "paradise" getaway. The condo was so clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The kitchen was a dream to prepare an occasional stay-in meal. The view from the balcony was like a postcard, especially for eating breakfast, and the beach facilities were great. We were conveniently located near everything we could need or want to see. The staff were helpful and courteous. We enjoyed one evening watching our free movie rentals on the huge screen in the 48 seat theater by ourselves. This is the first ocean vacation that my rural bred husband thoroughly enjoyed and repeatedly said, "When we come back here...". In fact, I hesitate to praise it so much because I'd like to keep it my special, personal vacation spot.

The room was fantastic. But the theatre was not running. The DVD library was a machine in the main office which close at 8:00 p.m. There were conflict information on when the pool and fitness room was open. However, I would stay there again.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The room was extremely nice and clean. Had lots of room. Beautiful view of the gulf. Would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Hope to stay there again.
“Fantastic place!”
This is our third time back to Panama City Beach and this has been the best condo yet! We plan to come back next year (crossing fingers). It was super spacious and very clean. The beachy decor was perfect and the view was more than we could ask for. We had to get holes drilled in a cooler so we could take some fish we caught back to Kansas City with us and maintanance came and helped out and were happy to do it. The pool and beach were not crowded due to the limited number of condos at the resort. It was the best vacation ever!

Our condo was beautiful. Compared to all of the other properties we saw in PCB where our friends stayed, this is one of the best.
“GREAT PLACE”
I usually hold my breath when first opening the door to a hotel or condo we are not familiar with. Sterling Beach resort was truly great. The front office staff was amazingly friendly and allowed us to check out later than their policy. The "condo" was clean. You have to buy your own toiletries but that is to be expected. We also had to pay a $40 non refundable insurance payment to make sure we didn't break anything. Otherwise, everything was just great. I read the guest book while there with so many people saying they could not wait to go back. I CAN NOT wait to go back either.
