“What a Pleasant Surprise”

I found the Origin at Seahaven to be a pleasant surprise. I had looked at several hotel options before deciding where I was going to stay. The hotel was clean and very up to date. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the beach access and the pool. The downside is that you only get full maid service every third day, but they do replace towels daily. I would definitely stay there again.

“get away”

Fantastic view of the gulf, top one pillows & beds. Me and my wife wanted did not wanted to go home. Small fitness center but was never busy. They upgrade us due that our original room was not ready but the room we got was fantastic... if I dont count that our washer was broken and also the shower... after wee used the shower 1 time it broke and I had to wait for over 8hrs to get someone to fix it. They seem to be ruining short in personnel. So bottom line grate hotel but there is lot of room to be improved on... If I wouldn't had those 2 issue I would've rated as perfect! Breakfast sucks! buy your own stuff, and eat it in the balcony w/a fantastic view and some real eggs ^_^

“More Information”

For someone that has never stayed at a condo, it would be nice if they told them about suggesting of bringing their own food,and coffee. Some of the clerks put out bad ingformation about kids under 12 eating free at the nearby resturant, and when you asked them about a certain location they was not able to tell you. Overall I loved my Condo, and if I go back I would definitly stay there.

“Good beach condo”

Origin At Seahaven is exactly like the photos that I viewed via internet. The location of the condo is across the street from the beach,which is accessible. The oondo, in my opinion,is a home away from home-- quite comfortable and attractive decor. We did not experience any parking issues;however,the elevators were extremely slow. I would be a return guest at this condo.

“What a bargain!”

We were shocked by how excellent this hotel/condo was when we arrived last week (late Sept). It was very clean. Our room was spotless and didn't reak of smoke like most hotel rooms. The front desk staff was excellent and most helpful. The accomadations were wonderful including the pool, fitness center, theatre, etc. We were a little nervous by all of the elevator problems in previous reviews, but we didn't have one problem. Obviously when you have 16 floors and 3 sets of elevators, you might have to wait a little bit for the elevator to come. However, we weren't in peak season, so they worked quickly!! We would definitely go back and stay at the Origin. The beach is across the street and the access is so easy! The beach itself was wonderful too!!! We were very pleased with our stay and will recommend it to friends!

“Beyond our expectations.”

We can't say enough about the wonderful accomodations. If there was anything to criticize it was the fact that there was not a dresser in our efficiency. It would have been nicer to be able to unpack all our clothes other than hanging in the closet. We were there for over a week.

Enjoyed our 4 day stay. This is a condo not a hotel. Pool was great. Location was perfect. Will come back

“Would love to go back”

Our room featured a great view, and the room was even better than expected. We were in a one bedroom unit with an additional half bath, so it was great to share with another couple. We used the kitchen to reduce the cost of eating out, and had only a short walk across the street to the beach. We sat on our terrace with our morning coffee each day, watching the dolphins play in the ocean. A great way to enjoy the sunrise! I'm trying to find a way to go back again soon.

Very comfortable; fun pool. Easy beach access though across the street from beach side.

“Great weekend”

Perfect location for a low key weekend, close to the clubs but far enough away to escape if your not into the clubs. Great beach and Sharky's across the street all made it awesome.
