“Great Hotel!”
We enjoyed our visit at PCB at Orgin! It was the perfect location, close to all the attrations, beach, restuarants, Pier Park & the Baseball Park. Hotel staff was very helpful & fun activities for kids. You could walk to alot of attractions & restuarants too. Great place to stay. Highly recommended!
“Will Go Again”
Rooms were quite comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and our view of the ocean. I will definitely consider staying here again.

“Origin at Seahaven”
Origin at Seahaven is beautifully appointed. Granite in kitchens! Our room had upgraded appliances, very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. My concern with the condition of the hotel is that the rich wood paneling in the elevator is already nicked and scratched and the hallway carpet is already showing wear in less than 1 year. Hopefully the management will stay on top of this as this is a beautiful hotel. Infinity pool and hot tub was awesome. Keep in mind this hotel is not directly on the beach but the walk across is not far. I would stay here again.
“Nice Vacation at a nice place.”
We were allowed to check in early and that was a bonus after 12 hours of travel. The room was nice with a spacious bathroom (definite plus). The regular linen exchange service was rarely open but the front desk handled that task well. Fridge/freezer was the small type(would have preferred full size) and worked fine and the stove and microwave worked well. Room was clean, even though the carpet was a bit worn (beach carpet usually looks that way). Beds were comfortable and even the hallways were air-conditioned. My kids and I loved the outdoor pool on the 4th floor - it was really nice. The beach while being across the street was still a lot closer than other beach front hotels I have stayed in and convenient. I have walked much further to get down to the beach in other places. Water was nice except for the seaweed overload on 1 day. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Our first time staying there and we wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend this place. We misplaced a key card to our room door and it was no hassle or charge to get it replaced. The cleaning fee was $40.40 but I knew about that in advance and there were no surprises. This hotel is located near enough to Saint Andrews state park and pretty much all the attractions, shopping, Park Pavilion etc. Overall reasonably nice accommodations and a great vacation!
“Great place to stay”
We stayed here at the end of August ,had an amazing room,with ocean view balcony,full kitchen the works.Only thing we didn't like was there was no indoor pool and the beach is across the street.Staff was great oh yeah there is no room service.At least we didnt have one.

I was worried at first after some of the reviews I looked at but after staying. It was awseome. The only thing that was correct in the reviews was the elevators are slow. But your on vacation so don't be in a hurry anyways.

This is a beautiful facility in brand new condition. Excellent location with a great view of the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Great Hotel for the Price !”
Luckily we found a good deal on this room which was completely worth it. The hotel was very nice! Including the pool area, the location of the hotel to the beach/Pier Park, and the hotel itself. Complimentary breakfast would be nice but this hotel is a condo so it's understandable.

Great place to stay. We will stay there again when we go back.
