“Wonderful”

Just returned from our trip to Emerald Beach Resort and it was wonderful. The room was exactly as described. The view was wonderful and would absolutely stay again. The pools were not crowded and the staff was super friendly.

“Can't wait to go back here!”

Love everything about this condo!! Had got a 2bedroom condo beachfront, had a huge balcony... view was nice, condo was clean and comfortable. Only thing is the pool is on the other side and I didn't get to check that out cause Stay was short. Would definitely stay here again! You will love it!

“Good Place to Stay”

Was impressed with size and quality of condo. Condo was clean in appearance. Only problem was with using shower. The tub filled with water vs draining quickly. Problem was with hair clogging drain. After removing some of the hair, drain worked better. We consided this a minor problem. Everything else was very good. Excellant full view of ocean.

“Great Vacation”

Great experience. Checked out at 9;00AM no one was avalibity to check us out. However the resort personnel called someone and we were told to leave our keys at the desk that served our reservation.

“The perfect get-a-way”

We stayed at Emerald Beach when it first opened and I was worried it had gone down hill after reading some of the reviews. It was just as pleasant this time as it was the first time and we will continue staying here. Yes, it is confusing to navigate the elevators and stairwells, but after the first or second day, you get the hang of it. We even had an issue with the dryer after hours and in 15 minutes, the maintenance was there to repair it. Everyone in our group was well pleased.

It was great, amazing views, and money well spent, i would comeback any day....

“Great Time!”

Had a great time! We went there for Spring Break and the rules were pretty strict. We abided by them and still had a gret time! Wish we would have thought to bring dishwasher and laundry soap since you have to wash your own towels. Also wish we would have known that we had to bring our own toilet paper after the first stock ran out.

“1833 Was fantasic”

Condo was clean, spacious, modern. Everything we needed was readily available. View was fantastic, beach was fantastic. I've stayed on the St. Thomas Drive end of the beach for many years and I was pleasantly surprised at how the new high rises on the west end of the beach have spruced up the neighborhood. The only minor complaint I have is that you have to park across the street and walk across a nice bridge to get to the hotel. Wasn't a big deal at all, just a little extra walking and getting in and out of elevators.

“Bigger than I thought!”

This hotel was great, I just took a vacation on 7/12/08 and stayed for a week. We didn't really have much need for service at the hotel because we stayed in a condo there. But, the service we did ask for we got. Only things I can complain about are the slow elevators and the size of the hotel makes it difficult to get to your car. Hint: park on the 1st level but don't wait until late a night to park the spots will be taken! Once you are there for a day or two even the parking thing starts to become easy!

“Resort With Lots of Promise”

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Had a few bumps. Depending on who you deal with can range from great customer service to awful. Appears to be some confusion as to what responsibilities Wyndham has to guests of owners. Our room smelled of fried food (like it had just been done) when we walked in. Very nice furnishings. Very comfortable. When everything is complete promises to be a very nice full service facility.
