Not only did you guys charge me more than i was shown before check out, you also put me in a different type of room than I booked. Im ready to start looking for a new app. Not being able to get someone on the phone when i have challenges is frustrating too.

I like staying at the boardwalk me and my family have stayed several times. Pros you can fit about six people in one room cons. The futon bunkbeds are not the least bit comfortable the con is that there’s no hot tub on the property but if you’re not into getting into the hot tub at night, this is a perfect way to visit PCB

Walls are thin and the property is dated, BUT not a single bug in sight and staff was supper friendly in my experience. For 80 a night with an ocean front view i couldn't have asked for more!

This place is good for the price. It’s located in a good area to walk to most places. It was fairly clean but housekeeping don’t do much. They will bring you fresh towels and wash cloths. But no making the beds and changing the sheets. They will not come by to vacuum or empty trash. It is conveniently located on the beach and has 2 pools so that was a plus. I would stay here again. Just don’t expect luxury.

A lot of people hanging around partying and making noise.. You can tell the property was nice at one time and went down hill. Also i paid for a beach side and in picture showed a balcony and i was one of the 4 rooms with a window that wouldnt open and no balcony.

This was a scam, we was told that we would be on the beach, have conjoined rooms, no game room was sent to a near by go because we were told it was the wrong hotel…did not like it contacted bank for refund

Arrived at 11 and was told my room wouldn’t. Be ready until 12. Went back to the counter after 12 and was told that the room wasn’t ready and didn’t have to be until 4. Got my room at 3:30 but by then my overnight trip to the beach was soured. I won’t stay there again or recommend the property to anyone.

First checking into the hotel the “supervisor” Shawdia had a nasty attitude. I was not greeted nor welcomed in when I arrived. I had to get a guest pass for my second car and the front desk staff was SO rude and acted as if they didn’t want to work there. The shower was nasty like it wasn’t cleaned. And again I had a problem with the front desk doing nothing to help. I bought something from the vending machine and Shawdia had a horrible attitude. Then she proceeded to call security after I asked for her to give me a refund. The property was overall nice but service was 0/10.

Our room wasn't ready, otherwise our room was nice for everyone with the bunk, cute folded towels, luckily a broom was in the room, but when it came night and the wind picked up the window whistles, almost like a scream from the whistling. Come morning I could see the window wasn't sealed.

Great location close to pineapple Willy’s . To get into any of the rooms beside the first floor there are 4 concrete steps this made getting luggage and beach stuff in and out of your room rough. The room we stayed in was very awkward and right from walking in room and bathroom being at an angle. They also advertised two pools . We were not able to go where the condos pool location they had a guard there who said you had to stay in condos

The bathroom wasn't cleaned the toilet wasn't clean there was hair left behind in the shower the bedding was thin the access area to the beach near my room was very dark and scary there was no light the pool area wasn't cleaned until the next morning

This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Been coming to pc beach for 30 years and decided to try a different place other than bikini beach. Me and my daughter and grandson went there and oh my God!! Or door didn’t lock and there was trash in front of our door and the toilet was disgusting. We waited for maintenance to get there to fix a leak and showed up at 10 at night. I had a broke leg and couldn’t get out to get pizza we ordered and they wouldn’t let them bring it to the room. Door didn’t even have a screw in it. Gonna try to get a refund and hope O can bit of I came maybe they will use the money to fix that place up. It’s horrible and I wouldn’t spend a dime on that place budget or not. If you want to enjoy yourself do not stay here

Our room was ready at 5pm after sayings it would be at 10am. Shows balcony view of the ocean but was told after they gave me a new room that i was mistaken property view for ocean view... like come on now. Also fire alarm was set off at 2am as a prank. There was a big fight that broke out in the room over ours that woke up my kids....

This is our third year here, we actually found a deal for another hotel this year and got there and it just wasn’t homey feeling. I lost money by canceling and going to another hotel but I didn’t care I felt so much better being at the boardwalk. I love a deal and boardwalk always has deals and it’s perfect location. Now there are a few things that need fixed or updated, it’s starting to fall apart but while we was there they was doing some updating!

The room opened right onto the beach. My husband booked this a few weeks before and he passed away March 16 before we went. He did a great job of getting us so close to the beach and we parked in front of our room. Enjoyed coffee looking at the beach each morning.

Property does not have a heated pool or hot tub like it says online and bottom floors have water damage still from past storms and boardwalk is in bad shape. Very dangerous

This property is not family friendly. They had people screaming down the halls there was no quiet hours. People drinking and smoking being loud at midnight and 2am. We got no sleep, restrooms were nasty. Curtains were dirty walls dirty and pubic hair from previous people in the shower curtains. The only beautiful thing was the beach!

DO NOT STAY HERE. When I arrived to the property I helped a lady find her room because the first thing you’ll notice is rooms are hard to find and while helping her find her room she mentioned that she hoped the place was alright because after she booked her stay she decided to read the reviews and saw that there were many people saying there were roaches in the room so I was nervous about that upon arriving to my room because no one wants to take home roaches from vacation. I moved the mini fridge and saw roach eggs under the fridge, I moved it a little more and a huge roach started running around. Unless you want to take roaches home, I don’t recommend staying here.

The staff was excellent. Anytime i needed something, with no hesitation it was done. The facilities are a bit old but worked just fine. It was clean and safe. The only complaint was the tv was old and small. We just found outside activities to keep busy.

Our room got broken into and someone smoked weed in our bathroom but didn’t take anything. Good stay for the price otherwise. The bathroom was not the cleanest and they didn’t bring a lot of toilet paper. The bunk beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall worth it for the price.
